Zsa Zsa Gabor's Husband Suing Her Estranged Daughter, Constance Francesca Hilton

Constance Francesca Hilton may have reunited with Zsa Zsa Gabor in her mother's final hour, but that's not stopping stepdad Prince Frederic von Anhalt from renewing a 2005 lawsuit alleging Hilton stole millions of dollars from Gabor.

"People come out of the woodwork, like vultures waiting for her to die, so they can take her money, but I will not let that happen," von Anhalt, Gabor's ninth husband, told RadarOnline.com.

Zsa Zsa accused her daughter of "conspiring with others to fraudulently take out a $3.75 million loan on her home and of then taking $2 million of it to buy herself a house," Radar reports.

Francesca Hilton, daughter of hotel magnate Conrad Hilton and great aunt of Paris Hilton, claimed she was wrongfully accused of all charges and countersued for damages. The case was tossed when Zsa Zsa failed to appear in court or sign an affidavit.

Von Anhalt told RadarOnline he dropped the lawsuit in 2007 due to Gabor's declining health. Zsa Zsa has been partially paralyzed since a 2002 car accident and had a stroke five years ago. Publicist John Blanchette describes her as "pretty much bedridden and wheelchair-bound for the last eight years."

"My focus now is to care for Zsa Zsa as best I can ... but I plan on suing Francesca again," von Anhalt told Radar. "She is only after whatever money she thinks her mother has and I will fight to protect Zsa Zsa and won't let that happen."

Of Zsa Zsa's flagging health, Prince Frederic said she is "improving a bit." She was given her last rites by a Catholic priest over the weekend, giving the impression she didn't have long to live.

"We have been together for 24 years," von Anhalt said. "At first, it was all Hollywood‚ but I have grown to love her so much and we are each other's life."

I feel sorry for Zsa Zsa's daughter. I can't remember any time that her mother ever bragged about her or mentioned her at all. Now she has this evil stepdad (shades of that Von Bulow guy..) making sure she doesn't get one penny of her inheritance.

Well, 1st and foremost, you have to understand that Francesca has always had her "friends", schoolmates etc. She is a very funny and pleasant woman, as she was when she was younger. Zsa Zsa, well lets just say she was a less than perfect Mom, But, she stood by Francesca when OLD MAN Hilton got full of guilt and religion on his death bed! He disinherited her, and Zsa Zsa agreed that she needed to leave her some marvelous sum upon her death......other than it being public domain, I KNOW...because she was my friend. Now prince old boy has done everything in his power to get all the money for himself...dirty rat! That's all he ever wanted anyway!!! You go Francesca....... line up your friends...get your army together an declare all out war on this loser.......... :-)

The woman is not dead yet, and they are already figting for her money, where there is a will there is relatives, no respect for the poor woman, I think is crazy, I hope the Zsa Zsa, does not know what is going on, and dies in peace, money and hate goes toghether like horse and carriage.

They are both acting like idiots. That woman isn't even dead yet and they still manage to make it all about the two of them. If Zsa Zsa was smart neither of them would inherit a cent! And it would be exactly what the two of them deserve. Kids and gold digging husbands need to learn they aren't "entitled" to anything. What one receives after a death is a "gift" not a right!

I personally think her daughter does not deserve anything,
I have yet to see her there with her Mom,helping her out.
