DaughtryDaughtry took their pop-rock tunes to the 'Today' show on Friday, performing hits like 'Feels Like Tonight,' 'September' and 'Leave This Town' live in New York's Rockefeller Plaza.

"It's something that so many people can relate to whether they come from a small town or not," frontman and former 'Idol' Chris Daughtry said of the song 'September.' "I think it's the overall feeling of growing up and moving on."

After the performance, talk turned to the singer's family. He and his wife are expecting twins. "I don't know if we're ready, but we don't have a choice," Daughtry said with a laugh. "We're very excited. It's a very exciting time now. We're a little nervous, but it's gonna be awesome."
