Janice Dickinson: Don't Believe Tyra Banks' Apology

Janice Dickinson doesn't believe Tyra Banks' apology for a controversial new commercial for 'America's Next Top Model' that showcases an alarmingly thin, 6'2" model wannabe. Banks issued a statement saying the promo has been "misconstrued" because "it is just impossible for me to see everything that's created."

But Dickinson isn't buying it. "[Ex]cuse me, but Tyra is the executive producer of that show," Dickinson told Access Hollywood. "She has her finger on everything. No, I don't believe it."

"It's her show. She's very controlling. She's the hardest working woman on that show. She has her finger on that pulse – trust me."

"Everything they shoot is intentional. Don't tell me different. I did it for five seasons, " Dickinson argued.

In the original promo, Banks squeals about the catwalker, who claims to have the smallest waist in the world. The model's waist was so tiny that Miss J Alexander could touch his two hands around it. "There's something about her I like," Banks says.

This is not even news worthy. So what? Tyra can say what she wants to say.....and so can everyone else. Damn, Janice....lighten the hell up!

Yeah, Janice may have been the first supermodel, back in the late
1950's or 1960's as she's old as heck there's no reason, why Trya
can't "shine" now. Janice had her days, and it sounds like many, many days as she's been in the business almost 50 years!! I think
it's time for Janice to get to a rest home, and let Trya do what she does best - and that used to be modeling and now she's moved on to even more successful work w/ producing and hosting.

Never cared for Tyra Banks or any of her shows. The talk show is crap about crap & her Next Top Model thing is, well I don't know what it is....more crap. Neither belongs on the air & should've been canceled long ago.

I remember Chelsea Handler from a show called "Girls Gone Bad" (?) It was sort of a Candid Camera type show. Very funny, an all woman show.

If there ever was an overrated model it's Tyra Banks......she's not good enough to carry Christie Brinkleys makeup case. Naomi Campbell is in the same boat. These women are downright UGLY.

Tyra's money is growing almost as fast as Oprah's. "Just Saying". Janice is just mad because she got axed finally. Tyra always introduced her as one of the very first Top Models which should tell you it was past time for her to go anyway. The woman is way too old to try and step with The Tyra Banks. Her wrinkles were showing and Tyra kicked her off just to help her save face I believe. Hey Janice, enjoy your leisure time and leave Tyra alone.

It is no way in hell she doesnt look at every promo and every show before it is aired. She is the boss the exec producer this is he baby,and by besides she has said she that all she does is work. I have no problem with the woman with the small waist.what I had a problem with is Tyra throwing her people under the bus and not taking responsibility for her show. On the off chance she didnt know (which I dont believe for one second)be a women about yourself and own your mistake.
