Lindsay Lohan Released From Rehab Early
Lindsay Lohan is a free woman. The 'Mean Girls' star was released from her court-ordered rehab at UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday evening after only 22 days,
RadarOnline.com reports. Lohan entered the facility on August 2 to serve her 90-day sentence as ordered by Judge Marsha Revel. But it seems circumstances have changed.
Earlier Tuesday, the starlet signed
discharge papers and then departed the facility later in the day. According to reports, in an attempt to keep her release a secret, a decoy was created to help Lohan evade the media frenzy.
Judge Revel
sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail and a 90-day inpatient rehabilitation program on July 6 for violating her probation in an old DUI case. She ended up serving only 14 days due to good behavior and overcrowding at the jail.
According to sources close to the case, doctors overseeing the actress saw no cause to keep her in rehab for the entirety of the 90 days she was sentenced to by Judge Revel, who has since recused herself from further proceedings related to Lohan.
Radar is also reporting that the very first thing Lohan did as a free woman was call her mother, Dina. Someone she probably won't be calling is her estranged father, Michael, who released an
exclusive statement to PopEater on his daughter's release, but peppered it with a dig at his ex.
"God Bless Her. Lindsay has been through a lot and I give her a lot of credit," Michael Lohan told our Rob Shuter. "Hopefully, Dina will do the right thing and finally get on the same page as me because if we were, most of this wouldn't have happened in the first place."
Her legal woes began in May 2007 when she was arrested following a minor car accident and charged with DUI. Just two months later, she was taken into custody for suspicion of drunk driving and cocaine possession.
Following her first DUI, Lohan spent 84 minutes in jail after pleading guilty to two misdemeanor counts of being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent and one count of reckless driving.

Here we go, which bar will she hit tonight. How much did Lilo have to pay the judge and the docs? Let the maddness begin.

Called her mom first and the second thing they did was both got high. I give her 3 weeks at most until she is again caught drunk/high. Just hope that she does not kill anyone.
I throughly agree!! Money talks and BS walks-anyone charges should be given the same treatment.
Oh this is great news!! Without sufficient time in rehab or jail to help her, Lohan will get high or drunk again and hopefully, drive while texting over a cliff and do us a favor by taking her pathetic mother with her,Brilliant! All the Lohan's are trash and a waste of oxygen and media time.

MOST PROBABLY THE ONE YOU HANG OUT IN
Not the Judge. She's pissed and recused herself from this Hollier then thou BS. What's the point of a judge doing their job if these quacks just let people walk??? Ahh so frustrating!
I predict both her & mom are killed in a plane crash in the year 2012.
I'm sure in just 22 days, she changed her thinking and is now going to be a great citizen. Give me a break!! For her first DUI she was in jail for only 84? minutes. Now she is released after serving 22 days out of 90 and supposedly she is rehabiliated. My son, standing on a corner waiting for a red light, died due to an idiot driving after drinking. It's a shame my son got life and other people get out early. You can drink, just don't drive.
For all those so called expert Dr's at UCLA that deemed her stable enough to release to the streets of L.A,how much did the Lohan's donate to the hospital or your new houses in Hawaii for a diagnosis of cured? Wouldn't it be ironic if one of your loved ones were killed by Lindsay with the help of her enabler, Dina. This will eventually happen and UCLA will be at fault.
White, rich, trashy, spoiled , Hoe!!
I agree. She'll be hitting the bars ASAP, and that creature who gave birth to Lindsay will probably still be drinking and snorting coke alongside her daughter. After all, it's been a proud family tradition since Lindsay was 16 years old. That girl didn't stand a chance with a mother like Dina. How is Dina Lohan allowed to maintain custody of minors?
I'm sure it is just a matter of time before she is right back doing the same things that got her in trouble in the first place, way back when! But those people never learn. I wonder what the judge would have said if he had read what she had on her finger nails that day, or maybe he would have said nothing. They are all a joke!!

One of the things she deserves is to have her driver's license revoked. I drive around New York and I don't want to share the road with her.
Yeah, she'll probably get what she deserves eventually - but only when she destroys the life of some innocent bystander. And to think I was actually nursing the infant thought that justice and personal responsibility were actually a reality - silly, silly me.
We will pray for her. Right ? ? ?
Why would you think she deserves something bad? She obviously had a horrible childhood and if you think she deserves to "get" something...you obviously had a horrible childhood too!
Saying that she will get what she deserves is disgusting! YOU are riding YOUR parents' coat tail with anger and bitterness toward someone who needs major rehab! YOU obviously don't have anything to offer anyone! Maybe if you understood her childhood, you would understand what she needs! Are YOU still angry from your parents?
