Lindsay Lohan Released From Rehab Early
Lindsay Lohan is a free woman. The 'Mean Girls' star was released from her court-ordered rehab at UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday evening after only 22 days,
RadarOnline.com reports. Lohan entered the facility on August 2 to serve her 90-day sentence as ordered by Judge Marsha Revel. But it seems circumstances have changed.
Earlier Tuesday, the starlet signed
discharge papers and then departed the facility later in the day. According to reports, in an attempt to keep her release a secret, a decoy was created to help Lohan evade the media frenzy.
Judge Revel
sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail and a 90-day inpatient rehabilitation program on July 6 for violating her probation in an old DUI case. She ended up serving only 14 days due to good behavior and overcrowding at the jail.
According to sources close to the case, doctors overseeing the actress saw no cause to keep her in rehab for the entirety of the 90 days she was sentenced to by Judge Revel, who has since recused herself from further proceedings related to Lohan.
Radar is also reporting that the very first thing Lohan did as a free woman was call her mother, Dina. Someone she probably won't be calling is her estranged father, Michael, who released an
exclusive statement to PopEater on his daughter's release, but peppered it with a dig at his ex.
"God Bless Her. Lindsay has been through a lot and I give her a lot of credit," Michael Lohan told our Rob Shuter. "Hopefully, Dina will do the right thing and finally get on the same page as me because if we were, most of this wouldn't have happened in the first place."
Her legal woes began in May 2007 when she was arrested following a minor car accident and charged with DUI. Just two months later, she was taken into custody for suspicion of drunk driving and cocaine possession.
Following her first DUI, Lohan spent 84 minutes in jail after pleading guilty to two misdemeanor counts of being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent and one count of reckless driving.

I think her early release is super. It makes it that much quicker for her and her mom to wrap a car around a tree after a partying binge and we will finally be done with both of them.

Another young star on a downward spiral! It is sad. She needs the help and you would think trained professionals would have kept her in rehab to really face her issues! A few weeks doesn't cut it! Good luck to Lindsay but unfortunately...I think history will repeat itself!

Why do we care. The more attention we give this circus the longer we have to deal with the drama! Lets move on to someone who is a positive role model and who doing something positive with their lives. Someone who has actually learned from their mistakes and changed their life around.

I really fear for her.I don't think anything is going to change in 3 weeks. Her mother will really be proud of herself when she has to bury her daughter. That's probably why the judge stepped down not wanting to be sued when that happens so she can't get no heat from it when it does happen. I had a sister & Lilo is a carbon copy other than she can buy her way, but believe me God knows it WILL catch up to her. You don't change the stripes on a Zebras back. May God be with her. By the way r.i.p. to my sister who went through this til it took her out.

This is an easy one folks--Do not go to her films or anything she does for money. She does not deserve it. That's pretty clear. These celebrities think they are so entitled and unfortunately, one day she could harm someone on the road, or herself. It would all be aweful, but justice had not been served here and it's no wonder this entire country is the way we are today. No ones repsonsible for anything these days anymore.

Oh brother, another deluge of "who cares" information. This girl has the "magic touch". I hope we don't OD on her and her twin, mother Dina. Yeah, who will she blame for the next round.

I hope this young lady will be alright. If anything should happen
shame on the court system.Because if this was my poor black child
he would still be in jail.I also hope Lindsay stays out of the spot light and does not drive her vehicle.

Who's a loser? You obviously can't spell!
So she served almost none of the judges sentance.I wonder what would happen if it were one of us normal none rich and famous people.I believe we would have served ever damn day and would have had to hire a lawyer to even get out on time.Think about it.

What a mockery!! If you have tons of money, out you go, if you don't you rot in jail. American justice system is immoral, unfair, always have been. That's the way of America. Money is GOD in this country, how sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I could understand that statement fro the doctors if this was one of those posh for-profit places with "doctors', but his is UCLA Medical Center. Good thing that the docs at Robert Downey Jr's court order rehab facility didn't see a reason for him to stay the whole time. Lindsay is one big week long bender away from being in Roberts old shoes. She needs 9 months, not 23 days, which is 5 short of the standard 28 days.

Justice for the rich by the rich. This system is broken. She bought her way out this . The Feds should go in and clean up the whole crooked deal making that goes on constantly in Los Angeles.
250 million dollar school but the no money to pay for teachers. Viragossa has turned the whole city into a safe haven for illegals who then spread out over the whole country.California is one of the biggest and richest states and its constantly in a financial mess. When it does have money which isn't for long it squanders it and never invests in infrastructure. The State Utility Board and the entire State Government is corrupt. Just like New Orleans California is waiting for the big Earthquakes that will be disastrous. The fires are because they refuse to cull the dead trees. It should be clear to everybody they need a major political shake out.
