Lindsay Lohan Released From Rehab Early
Lindsay Lohan is a free woman. The 'Mean Girls' star was released from her court-ordered rehab at UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday evening after only 22 days,
RadarOnline.com reports. Lohan entered the facility on August 2 to serve her 90-day sentence as ordered by Judge Marsha Revel. But it seems circumstances have changed.
Earlier Tuesday, the starlet signed
discharge papers and then departed the facility later in the day. According to reports, in an attempt to keep her release a secret, a decoy was created to help Lohan evade the media frenzy.
Judge Revel
sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail and a 90-day inpatient rehabilitation program on July 6 for violating her probation in an old DUI case. She ended up serving only 14 days due to good behavior and overcrowding at the jail.
According to sources close to the case, doctors overseeing the actress saw no cause to keep her in rehab for the entirety of the 90 days she was sentenced to by Judge Revel, who has since recused herself from further proceedings related to Lohan.
Radar is also reporting that the very first thing Lohan did as a free woman was call her mother, Dina. Someone she probably won't be calling is her estranged father, Michael, who released an
exclusive statement to PopEater on his daughter's release, but peppered it with a dig at his ex.
"God Bless Her. Lindsay has been through a lot and I give her a lot of credit," Michael Lohan told our Rob Shuter. "Hopefully, Dina will do the right thing and finally get on the same page as me because if we were, most of this wouldn't have happened in the first place."
Her legal woes began in May 2007 when she was arrested following a minor car accident and charged with DUI. Just two months later, she was taken into custody for suspicion of drunk driving and cocaine possession.
Following her first DUI, Lohan spent 84 minutes in jail after pleading guilty to two misdemeanor counts of being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent and one count of reckless driving.

Have she grow up yet? I hope so. She needs to respect the laws.

Big payoff for this judge. She'll be dead in 6 months . Hope she goes alone !

I hope Lindsay learnmed something from all of this; that if you break probation, you'll only have to do a fraction of your jail time, go to rehab for a week, and then get released early and not have to take responsibility for your mistake!

What is up with the jail and especially the rehab place? I have never heard of a rehab place that thinks a person is okay after such a short amount of time. Their belief is the longer the better. How ever long it takes is the best approach. The ones that want to stay there after their full time is up are the ones that are more likely to beat their addictions.

First thing she did was call her mom huh?? Yeah I bet Dina has missed her partying buddy. I would bet Lindsey is in trouble again within a month. Because remember-from her own mouth-she doesn't have an addiction problem-it was the adderal. Stay on her TMZ-she won't let you down.

If she dies from an overdose will the judge show up at the funeral. This is bad news.

California has some crooked doctors, and judges.
Lindsey has always bought her way out of everything, anyone can buy their way out of. Every judge she has dealt with, should have to take a lie detector test. And her doctor too.
I have a feeling lindsey, and dina are having a good laugh now.

Give her a pigfoot and a bottle of gin.

what a joke must be great to pay people off.she will go and get drunk again with her loser mom.next headline will be she is dead to drinking and driving or a drug overdose.

The courts have done her an injustice. She is an alcoholic and a drug addict. She is a repeat offended. She broke her probation and threw up in everyone's face. Unless she gets serious- it will be the same story down the road. Hopefully she doesn't kill anyone. The judge that released her should be held personally responsible if she hurts herself or others.

1. The judge should be removed from the bench.
2. Lindsey should have to serve the sentence she was given.
But in this world of "money talks" I hope they at least gave Lindsey clean jammys, some milk and cookies, and a pat on the head.
What a total waste of tax payers dollars, never mind the slap in our faces. Haves and have nots? For sure!!
