With a look inspired by Japanese Manga comic books, Britney Spears shows off her kawaii side in the new issue of Pop magazine. The results are very "long-forgotten 'Sailor Moon' character" -- in a good way, of course. The photo shoot, art directed by famed Japanese artist Takashi Murakami, features popular Manga imagery: a schoolgirl backpack, 'Hello Kitty' mobile phone, ankle socks and, interestingly enough, a wedding veil. Cute!

Britney's not just posing for the cameras these days, either. The star just shot a guest appearance on 'Glee' and is hard at work on her next album, which may (or may not) come out later this year. So, what can we expect? It seems "anything" goes. When asked whether or not she'd ever consider working with Lady Gaga, Britney answered, "I'm a big fan of hers ... Anything's possible!" Awesome!
