Heidi Montag: 'My Boobs Are Crushing Me'

Heidi Montag regrets the body she attained through 10 plastic surgeries, saying she wants her G-cup breasts implants removed and she worries about losing her nose.

"My boobs are crushing me," Montag, 23, tells Life & Style. "My body's still getting used to them and I have major anxiety about it." She also says her breasts are "so heavy" they constantly strain her back.

Heidi says she's had nose tape on "24 hours a day since November," hoping to "keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr. Ryan sculpted it. I don't want my nose to fall off like Michael Jackson's."

"Dr. Ryan" is Frank Ryan, the surgeon who helped Heidi create her "perfect body" in November. He died in a car crash last week at age 50.

In February, Montag said of her new body: "I love my boobs, but I still want to improve. I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted."

Now, she says her breasts contributed to the demise of her relationship with Spencer Pratt, that she looks like she's been "in a horrific accident" and Spencer "begged" her not to have plastic surgery in the first place.

"I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these boobs," Montag says. "It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life. I feel trapped in my own body."

Heidi wants to get out of Hollywood and is calling it quits with plastic surgery. "I won't get anything done again," she says, "at least not for a long time."

This girl didn't need platic surgery, she needed self esteem. I am not against plastic surgery but for someone so young to want to change so many things? It raises a big red flag.

It's not like she looked like she was beaten with the ugly stick before surgery. I thought she looked good before. Clearly the girl feels ugly inside, sad.

As a woman with natural F-cup breasts, I honestly cannot understand why women would want them this big. They are HEAVY (each one weighs as much as a small newborn baby), they get in the way, they make it difficult to find clothing that fits, and they do not stay perky and cute as you edge into your mid-20s. I'll happily have a reduction after I've had my kids and finished breastfeeding them.

I feel for you. I have trouble with my natural DDs, and I can't imagine them any bigger, and I can't see women wanting them that big. The doctor should have said something.

You are so right. I'm a natural 36G and it baffles me as to why a woman would pay to distort her figure in this way. Heidi's an idiot and either way, I'm sick of hearing about her, her breasts, and her idiot husband.
