'Cake Boss' co-star Remy Gonzalez -- brother-in-law of bakery owner Buddy Valastro -- was arrested in New Jersey on charges of sexual assault, TMZ reports.Gonzalez has been in the Morris County Jail since his Aug. 18 arrest. He has been charged with aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.
'Boss' network TLC released a statement to PopEater.
"We support Buddy and the Valastro family during this very difficult and challenging time. The network respects the family's wish for as much privacy as possible, and as this doesn't involve us, we will not be commenting any further," it read.

aw, I feel so bad for the family that this happened. He & Buddy's sister just had a baby this year. I guess he's not on the show anymore.why can't guys keep it in their pants!!!

There isn't much information to go on when you read this article, kind of vague on the whole story here. Have to read more and see what's really going on. Hopefully, it's a mistake or a rush too judgement. Time will tell.

I agree a person is innocent, until proven guilty. Don't put the cart before the horse and think the worst. I love the show tremendously, and hope in my heart that the show will be as fantastic as it always is. The amazing cakes that are created just leaves me in awe of the tremendous talent that is in the shop. Buddy is a true artist, as well as everyone there in the shop, and I know this will not affect him as far as getting the most wonderful cakes in the world to be made.
I agree if guilty, the family will handle this as discretly as possible, and deal with this situation their way.
I only wish that one day I can visit Buddy's Bakery and am able to see just once before my illnesses get to me, all the cakes that are made in the Bakery.
I would definitely support Buddy and his family in every way.

Yesterday's news reported that it was with a minor, the news refused to say the age (so had to have been very young). Medical examination proved the child had been molested (they also won't say if it was a boy or girl). The news yesterday also reported that when he was confronted with the evidence - he confessed. The abuse occurred twice since October of last year........
huh sucks if he is or not he should not be in jail until he excepts to answer with varified intent.
