Lindsay Lohan seems ready to get back to the status-quo.Photographers snapped the actress, who spent 13 days in jail and three weeks in court-ordered rehab for a probation violation stemming from a 2007 DUI arrest, at the DMV attempting to have her driver's license reinstated in Santa Monica.
Lohan was later spotted in a Beverly Hills parking garage wearing a skimpy black ensemble and carrying her signature energy drink.
These are the first photos of the 'Mean Girls' starlet since she left UCLA's Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital.

where is madd on this case why does she get her license back when others sometimes takes years if not at all to get license back.

MADD has no legal standing in cases like this. They could only picket her.
They shouldn't let her get a license back til Nov. after she conpletes all the court orders. Keep giving her priveledges, she has learned nothing. She is above the law, NOT.

It's fun to say how much we think she is going to fail (again) or it may just be the fact that human nature alottted us the ability to take pleasure in other people's pain, but I really do wish her the best and hope she can recover. In my opinion, she actaully is a pretty good actress. She has had her misses in some films, but what actors haven't? People just have to remember what would you do if she were a member of your own family. Yeah, you may still think she's an idiot, but you would still want the best for her. She is only human for crying out loud. Nobody's perfect and we ALL make mistakes. Part of it is her own fault for not making the right decisions and part of it is her parents fault for contributing to it. I agree it sucks about her lighter sentences, but that's California's fault. the whole thing is a joke
I agree with you that here family and all of us want the best for her. But everyone that knows about addiction knowa about tough love and that you need at least 90 days of rehab then extensive out care program. with only 21 days in rehab she does
not have much of a prayer. 90 meetings in 90 days. Hope so.

Thank you Weirdwood in weirdafornia. I was stopped for a dui, only had a few drinks and bad knees, they told me to use one leg and I couldn't, BAM a day in jail, thousands on fines etc and lose of my license for a year.
If I had long hair did a movie, I would have been out and had my license. Thank you California (we let you crazy people vote) give you guys back to Mexico, its only a matter of time.

Her mother says that the judge was too hard on her??? if you ask me the whole thing is nothing but a joke!! and the biggest joke is her! She has learned nothing and we will be hearing negative things about her in the very near future!
