Entire Cast of 'Jersey Shore' Sued for Assault
A woman who claims she was assaulted by the 'Jersey Shore' cast's bodyguards last fall has filed a claim against Snooki,
The Situation and the rest of the reality stars on the show, according to RadarOnline.com. In addition to naming the cast of the MTV reality hit, now in its second season, the suit also names MTV and its parent company (Viacom), as well as 495 Productions, as defendants. The name of the woman filing the suit is listed on official documents only as "J.P."
The alleged incident took place in September 2009, on the very same night 'Jersey Shore' troublemaker Ronnie Magro was filmed in Seaside Heights, N.J., punching a man, Stephen Izzo Jr., who ended up unconscious. Magro was arrested for aggravated assault.
In March, a couple -- who were on the boardwalk of Seaside Heights during filming of an infamous episode -- sued MTV for broadcasting what they claimed was an inaccurate depiction of a heated altercation they got into with Sammi Giancola and Magro. And just last month, a Chicago-area woman named Carrie Malec filed suit against MTV, as well as Nicole "
Snooki" Polizzi and Jenni "J-Woww" Farley, alleging that she was assaulted on camera when the cast and crew were in a Miami nightclub shooting a season 2 episode.
Of the verbal and physical brawls the cast members find themselves frequently involved in, Magro has said, "You'll see throughout the show, we do go out and if we do get into an altercation....it's us just defending ourselves or reacting to somebody else."

Never saw this show and by all accounts, I haven't missed a thing.
The cast, producers, and anyone who watches this drek need to be buried in a deep deep hole so they can never see the light of day again.
I agree Bryan. I have never hated one show so much in my life. I may literally throw a party when the show is cancelled.
I have only seen a few parts of this show, but does anyone else think that maybe it's all the tanning they do that is addling their brains? I really just don't understand why people want to look orange. Seriously though, this show brings these kinds of reality shows (Real Housewives etc) to a new low - tacky, trashy, and so not a real depiction of the majority of people from NJ or the Jersey shore. I wish these shows would just go away, we have to stop pandering to these kinds of people, or at some point someone will get really hurt.
Couldn't have happened to a nicer cast. These people are nothing but money grabbing losers, hope she wins and wins big.

Brian, if being good-looking is not a loser in your book, you are correct. However, if not being a loser includes things like having morals, being respectable, not getting arrested, not being trashy, not being a drunk, etc, etc, then you are wrong, sorry. The rest of the world values real things like that, not a fake tan, someone getting arrested every episode and getting drunk every second of your life. PS-It's you're, not your, it's a contraction from the two words "you are".
Brian is the exact trash that they are hoping to watch the show. He sounds like he is so stupid that he believes this is real life and wants to emulate it. The sad thing is that this accounts for a lot of the younger generation today. I really hate to see what it's gonna be like for them. Scary, but good luck!

I am surprised some psycho hasn't taken a shot at one of these kids. Yes, they are obnoxious. Most immature people are but viewers are jealous. These nobodies are raking in the cash...not bc they are smart....not bc they are beautiful (average at most)...not bc they are talented. This is bc MTV found a way to market them. I say "Get it while they can!" Being from the Jersey Shore, I watch it. I am not a kid, I am a 53 yr. old woman. If I don't watch, how will i know what all the hoopla is about?

justjane, you had better enjoy these slum balls because this show will not be on much longer. There will be more law suits and bigger ones because of these slummies. One of these day one of these guys is going to hit someone and that someone just might blow him away then MTV can show that to. I have better things to do than to watch these sleazly shows. People that watch these type of show needs to get a life.
Get rid of these gross waste of spaces! MTV has sunk to a new low. Why don't you go back to the days when you did what you were supposed to do and show Videos on your network! Damon, I'll tell you why MTV won't go back to music videos, because people without lives (especially those who watch this show)won't have anything better to do with themselves. I agree with you, MTV should go back to it's roots and show music videos. But people keep giving these shows ratings by watching them. For now, there is nothing that can be done about it.

and yet you know all the cast member names, you've seen some shows, and you are jealous that these no-talents will have more money when they show finally ends then your hard working, 9-5 everyday, will ever have. you are jealous and your real contempt is not for them but for the fact that they are now living a life style you wish you could have but never will.
Yes - I know a couple of their names too, and yet I've never seen the show, thankfully. Just looking at these kids give me a headache.
