Bodyguards Follow Prince and Paris Jackson Around New School

Michael Jackson's two oldest children -- Prince Michael, 13, and Paris, 12 -- began their studies at a traditional school
last Wednesday -- their first experience outside of homeschooling. But before they could hit the books like "normal" kids, Prince and Paris had to first win over their skeptical grandmother, Katherine.
A family member close to the situation tells
PopEater that Paris and Prince's legal guardian protested the idea of sending the sheltered kids to school, feeling their father would have disapproved. However, one of Jermaine Jackson's sons stepped in and encouraged Katherine to allow Prince and Paris to move away from homeschooling.
The King of Pop's eldest children are attending The Buckley School in the San Fernando Valley and a parent at the school tells PopEater that things are anything but "normal" when the famous kids are there.
Both have full-time bodyguards, who patrol the school's parking lot and accompany the kids from class to class, to their lockers and even watch over them during lunch.
This kind of attention would seem to stifle their ability to fit in and make friends -- two things that are important to young Prince, who was seeking a "social experience"
by enrolling at the prestigious school. Sources tell us the Jackson's are the only students at the exclusive school with a full-time security detail.
"The bodyguard situation really is a bit intimidating to other kids," one parent, who has four kids at the school, tells PopEater. "And that makes them hesitant to approach Prince and Paris."
TMZ was first to report that the kids were attending school.
Some in the Jackson family are also upset with this situation because they firmly believe sending the kids to school is not something Michael would have wanted. He famously protected his children from the public, and now various family members believe they are vulnerable and exposed to the outside world.
"This is a huge change for both of them," a family source tells PopEater.
The entire family agreed Jackson's youngest child, Blanket, who at 8 years old is reportedly the shyest of the three, is not ready and will stay at home with private tutors.

@Stacey, don't believe the HYPE. The media DESTROYED MICHAEL. How? By making fun of his skin disorder called Vitiligo. Vitiligo is a disease where the cells that create melanon destroy themselves. Michael also had LUPUS. But as he suffered, the media MADE FUN OF HIM. Then supported FAKE cases to destroy. Those cases were a JOKE. And it's typical media propaganda used to destroy him. I have researched MJ for over 30 years and havce a youtube channel called MJMedia09returns to present the TRUTH. The media ARE LIARS!! THEY ALSO LIE ABOUT HIS CHILDREN NOT BEING HIS. How many more lies will they tell and you eat up.

So...... Michael wasn't responsible for his actions?
Stacey, NOT responsible for extortionists, LYING media, physical illness. Neither quacks who instead of curing killed him. NOT responsible for ridicule either. Would like if you could try on shoes. Able to walk you think? Put finger in pocket. Nose nice too.
So........... Michael WAS responsible for his actions!
Stacey, so was the quack that killed him. Too bad lying media can't face murder charge too. Ought to be made to speak truth versus selling lies.
It's sad to think how having two bodyguards following those kids around all day is going to stunt their socail skills and their ability to interact with other children. When they're older, they won't know what to do or how to interact with anybody, because everything was provided for them.

Will not, will do well.
Those kids are a joke. They are not special as they are hyping
themselves up to be. Michael was a has been. People only care about
him because he died. As for his kids, they are not his kids. They
don't have his DNA running through their veins. They are greedy and
cashing off on his name by insisting they are his real children.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Helen Keller can see and hear that they are not his children. Other children are going to know this and pick on them for it. Which is frankly what they deserve since they continue to be frauds. They need to quit lying and act like normal children.

The kids are not looking for the fame, the media is putting them in the spotlight! MJ was far from a "has been" he sold out shows in less than an hour! They ARE his biological children,Stevie Wonder could even see that.
lucky- Quite unlucky to be such a dolt. Children do not "choose" their parents. They are HIS per LAW. NOT opinion. They are now HEIRS. Per LAW. Better check King's accolades. Or consult a rocket scientist,'cause Hellen Keller, Stevie Wonder, and the three blind mice can see you are obviously blind. GREATEST EVER. GREAT, opinion or not. FACT. Consult eye doc is what you ought to do. Michael is LOVED. ADORED! MISSED!!!!!
Taraterm-how can you even believe yourself? MJs vocals were not studio arranged,he had wonderful natural vocals and yes those children are his biological children

Let's just pray that things go well for P&P; yes, they were sheltered but now they deserve to attend school just like every other child. And I don't believe Katherine was against them attending this private school; these kids will do just fine; Michael did a great job with them and it's just the natural progression in life to move forward. Let's keep the papparazzi and other negative influences out of their lives and give them the PRIVACY their father was denied for most of his life.

Those poor kids are truly pawns. The two older ones are old enough to decide whether they want to attend school or continue being home taught. They will undoubtedly always stand out as "Michael's kids." But maybe if the bodyguards backed off a little they could experience "real life" to a certain degree.

Pam they are MINORS. Katherine makes choice.
Tell it like it is - Yes, they're minors, but they're entitled to have a little input into what happens in their lives. Should they be locked up for the rest of their lives or should they be allowed to see how the rest of the world lives? They need interaction with others their age,
They need to get over this and allow those kids to maintain a normal life.
