Bristol Palin, David Hasselhoff, The Situation Join 'Dancing With the Stars'

The Situation, the Hoff and Sarah Palin's daughter, Bristol, will hit 'Dancing With the Stars' for the show's eleventh season this September.

"She's excited for me," Bristol said of her politician mother. "She knows that this is going to be hard work, but she's excited."

Hasselhoff, who did a several-year stint as a judge on 'America's Got Talent,' is similarly excited. "I'm happy to be here. My two daughters love this show, and they convinced me," he said.

No word yet from Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, but we're sure the chatty 'Jersey Shore' star will have plenty to say about the show soon enough. Read on to see who else made the cut!

Hosts Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke announced the full cast Monday night. Joining these three pop culture touchstones will be Audrina Patridge, Michael Bolton, 'Dirty Dancing' star Jennifer Grey, 'Brady Bunch' mom Florence Henderson and former Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner. The show premieres Sept. 20.

The three have been busy lately -- Hasselhoff was roasted for Comedy Central, The Situation is making money out the wazoo with 'Jersey Shore' and branching off into endorsements and rap albums, and Palin was briefly re-engaged to Levi Johnston before splitting with him yet again.

"Bristol is excited and scared and hopes she gets Maksim Chmerkovskiy as her partner," a source told PopEater last week, when the news was only rumored. There was buzz at the time that Brandy would be a contestant, but that's been put to rest with the official casting announcement.

Well another season I won't watch. I couldn't be bothered when it was Kate Goslin and I can't be bothered with Bristol Palin either.

Bristol and The Situation aren't even really stars. I love how Bristol is always saying that Levi is just obsessed with being in the spot light, but it seems to me like she loves it way too much as well.
Maybe they should start calling the show, Dancing With Washed up Stars, I think it suits the show better.

I love this show, but will not watch this season with a cast like that. Anything to do with a Palin is useless to me.

STARS!!! And the least "celebrity" among them is Bristol Palin. Will we still be hearing Sara dissing Levi for looking for his 15 minutes of fame, when clearly Bristol is on the same path???

STARS , please define STARS, Did the producers forget the premise of the show??? Sport Stars , TV Stars, Movie Stars, How does Bristol pAlin qualify as a STAR , she is a teenager who had a baby out of wedlock with a boy who didn't even graduate high school, not very smart. She slept around the govenors mansion behind her parents back, that makes her dishonarable. She got back with her ex long enough to get a cover shoot and publicity for herself 9n a national mag. then split before the ink was dry , that make her nothing more then a cheapopportunist. How does any of that make her a STAR ??

More like dancing with controversy, twits, has beens, ppl like that.

It is very sad that Hollywood and Politics keep getting all mixed up with each other, it makes me very unconfortable because people arent smart enough to know that just because you have made yourself a useless celeb doesnt mean you or your family belong any where near the White House.
