Sued RV Dealer Challenges Taylor Lautner to a Push-up Contest

Last week, Taylor Lautner suffered "emotional distress" after the $300,000 RV he ordered to use during the filming of his new movie, 'Abduction,' wasn't delivered on time. Lautner subsequently filed a breach of contract suit against McMahon's RV, who were in charge of customizing and delivering the trailer for the actor.

Now, Brent McMahon, owner of the RV dealership, is offering up a unique way to settle the dispute. He has challenged the 'Twilight' beefcake to an old fashioned push-up contest.

McMahon and his attorney have denied any wrongdoing and say they will fight Lautner, 18, in court if the 'Twilight' stud doesn't accept the challenge. The 47-year-old businessman says that if he wins the contest, he will donate the settlement money to Children's Hospital of Orange County.

Lautner's attorney Robert Barta said the challenge was indicative of problems with the dealership.

"McMahon RV's response to our client's legitimate claim further demonstrates the lack of professionalism that Mr. McMahon, his company and his employees have exhibited from the outset, and that compelled the filing of this lawsuit in the first place," the statement from Lautner's attorney read.

The dealership said Lautner's camp had sought a $40,000 settlement to resolve the case. Barta's statement said the matter might be settled if McMahon made a $40,000 donation to a charity of Lautner's choosing.
