I don't understand why people who don't have two nickels to rub together continue to have children they can barely afford to feed. Isn't this chick always broke?

she looks cuter now than before
congrats to Jodie Morte and Zoie on the healthy arrival of baby Beatrix. wonder if they got her first name from beloved children's author Beatrix Potter. kind of like if someone famous has a boy and names him Roald most people will automatically think Roald Dahl particularly if they either read his books growing up or are fans of his first wife's acting work granted his first wife was academy award winning actress Patricia Neal. whom in the last years of their marriage he didn't treat right in that he cheated on her with her dear friend Felicity Ann D'abreu "Liccy" Crosland that after he'd singlehandedly rehabed her after the nearly deadly strokes she'd suffered while she was e expecting their youngest daughter. hopefully Morty never does something that stupid and hurtful to Jodie and his child and stepchild

Didn't she get the first kid taken way from her because of her drug problems?

I was about to say she is on baby #3?! I read somewhere that her ex-husband trashed her parenting skills.

This baby should slap Jodie's face real hard when she's old enough to.....for giving her such a horrible name! OMG! Do people even think before naming a child?

Good grief, so much vehemence over a baby's name! In fact, the name Beatrix is a variation of the name Beatrice and both are lovely albeit old fashioned names. Maybe she named her after Beatrix Potter, the author of The Tale of Peter Rabbit. Or maybe after Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands. Perhaps she just liked it. Or maybe she wanted a name for her daughter that is unique unlike Linda or Kelly. Relax and take the high road.
Good for her! but Beatrix ???? really. ew

it's nice to hear old fashion names used every so often. for example if a star named one of their daughters Tessa now everybody would look at them like they had 9 heads. although there is one well known celeb kid named Tessa. though her given name wasn't theresa it was Chantal. right that would be Tessa Dahl the oldest surviving daughter of beloved children's author Roald Dahl and academy award winning actress Patricia Neal. though she keeps chantal in her diary and personal papers. everybody makes mistakes so we should ease up on Jodie we may not like the name she chose but it was her and Morty's choice not ours. and if the kid hates her name so much when she's of ag e she can change it. that's like chastizing someone for giving their child their last name as a middle name. like Tessa's mom did her baby sister Lucy in 1965 when it would've been just as easy to use Milagro as her middle name as it was a miracle that she was born healthy after the strokes their mom had while pregnant with her.
