Kat Von D: Life Holds New Meaning When You're in Love

Celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D is done hiding her feelings about her love life. In a new magazine ad to promote her fragrance Adora, Von D -- looking classy and elegant -- addresses her outlook on love: "Life holds new meaning when you're in love."

The phrase itself holds new meaning considering her love connection with Sandra Bullock's ex-husband, Jesse James. The 'L.A. Ink' star was photographed kissing and holding hands with James this weekend in Texas, where the West Coast Choppers owner recently relocated his business and family. On Thursday, she confirmed to PEOPLE that the pair are "in love" and that James is "the One."

Von D shot the 'Adora' promo photos a few months ago in New York City and later blogged about the whole experience, revealing she's not quite the bad-a** she portrays on TV. "My goal was to just do my best and ignore whatever self-consciousness loomed over me," she wrote.

"I came to the conclusion that if I wanted these pictures to convey a certain realness I had to let go of a lot of my self criticism, relax, and enjoy the process. This is much harder for me than it sounds. Instead of trying to project an attitude or an image that I thought others would want to see, I just had to be myself."

Adora is not Von D's first foray into the world of fragrance. Last year, she released her Sinner and Saint perfume line.

And i'm sure she'll be just flabbergasted when he cheats on her, yeah? Also, i'm sure Sandra is SOOOOOO glad to know that she made the right decision, i thought Jesse was "going to win her back no matter what" or something. What a jerk he is and Kat isn't looking too bright with this one, just saying. Well on the plus side, maybe he'll move back to LA with Kat and Sandra can get some peace and quiet, huh?

Jesse has no respect for any woman. He had the BEST and he ruin that. You'll be crying also soon. Do you think he won't do the same thing to you as well. You are not any any different than the other women he's had and I mean HAD. He is a P!!!! hound. He likes to conquer his women and then gets tired of them, and goes on to the next. I'm telling you, that you are going to be SORRY!!! Jesse is GARBAGE!!! He ruins lives and HURTS his children what kind of father would do that, just a selfish one.

I know looks are not everything, but I would hate to wake up every morning & look at him. He is so unattractive. Also, you could not poosibly love someone & get over them as quick as he did. Everyone knows this through their own experiences.
