Did Lindsay Lohan Hit a Stroller With Her Car? [Video]

Lindsay Lohan seems to have clipped a baby stroller with her Maserati, two witnesses -- and one video filmed directly after the alleged incident -- tell RadarOnline.com.

LiLo is said to have failed to look both ways crossing an intersection in her West Hollywood neighborhood Wednesday afternoon, striking a child in a stroller.

A witness, Brayan Jaime, estimated to Radar the child was two or three years old. "Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn't super hard, but she made impact and hit them. Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, and then just kept going," Jaime said.

UPDATE: Other eyewitnesses tell TMZ Lohan tapped the stroller at roughly 1 mph and did indeed stop, get out, and make sure all was well.

"I'm 100 percent sure Lindsay was driving because I saw her with my own eyes. She was just driving like crazy once I started following her. She was trying to lose me, blowing stop signs and stuff," Jaime told Radar. "I asked the kid if she was okay and then asked the woman, but she was kind of shocked and didn't really know what to say and you could tell she was scared."

A second witness told Radar the impact was minor, so Lohan may not have even been aware it occurred.

Contacted for comment, LiLo, who was pulled over just days ago, told Radar, "I don't know what you're talking about."

I said it before and I will say it again. Lindsey is on a sure path of self destruction, which I wish she'd either end her miserable life, or be careful of others she is hurting while she is on this path. The judge this time should lock her butt up tight this time, and for a long time, and then maybe she will see what she is doing to herself and straighten her oh so miserable life once and for all. This definatley should not go unpunished by no means whats so ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why does this surprise anyone? The only surprise is that she has been lucky enough not to have killed anyone yet.
Her face was clearly visible in the tape.
She needs to be locked up permanently for every violation and to spare us from having to look at her ugly face daily and reading about her latest unfair lenient treatment.

I agree with Kenny Nash, just leave her alone. Im certainly not an admirer, but people deserve thier privacy and if she stopped and the baby is Ok, then I think people just want to make her look as bad as possible. Possibly the Mother got out too far with the stroller, but if an eye witness says she was barely rolling, then she did the right thing by getting out and checking. Some of you are so heartless it makes me sick

how about you should be arrested for chasing her and the woman thats stroller was hit should sue you for instigating it.

that B***H should be in prison! and she should not get special treatment just because she thinks she is somebody! THAT WAS A HIT AND RUN! plain and simple. what has to happen for the athorities do to what has to be done? I guess they want her to kill someone for anything to be done... she would probably get a slap on the wrist for that too... maybe the mother should go to prison she is the one who raised her and responcible for for the "adult" she became! then maybe she might stop being in such denial that anything is wrong with her daughter and her (continual actions) of disreguard for everyone around her!

Why do these people have to drive at all? They have enuf money to pay someone to drive them anywhere they want to go. I am so afraid for her. I know she is going to end up hurting or killing herself or someone else. Please get her off the road.

Lindsay needs to be very careful what she does .. She is still on probation for another year .It doesn't take much to get a probation violation .

You think the paparazzi would learn after the whole Britney spears blow up 2-3 years ago. If the Douche bag hadn't chasing her for a picture/story this most likely would not have happened. I'm not saying Lindsey isn't to blame but seriously leave the girl alone!

OK - This time it is serious confinement. At least one day in jail and mandatory two days in rehab. This will get her attention.
