Teresa is Terrified of Prison.....She should of thought about that when she/he and her husband were living way beyond their means. Then lieing to BK trustees. But she/he can go in the gay section in a male prison seeing she looks like a Tranny!

Only people who have done something illegal are afraid to go to prison. I heard teresa say her and joe were not born with a silver spoon in their mouth. They would make money again like they did in the past. Could this be the fear of prison you are talking about, how was that money made by your blood sweat and tanning sessions?

Teresa and Joe did what a lot of people have done. They didn't understand the IRS regulations. How can they be blamed when the very members of Congress who wrote the regulations and members of the Presidents staff, who are highly educated have been unable to follow the regulations. How can these two people who have not had the benefit of an Ivy League education and are not Lawyers be expected to have a better understanding of the laws when those who wrote them don't understand them!

The very fact that Theresa is afraid she will say something on film that could be used against her in court tells us all that she knew more than she has let on. She needs to be convicted for lying. She is irresponsible. Danielle is nothing to write home about but Theresa is worse.

Caroline the only thing I like about you is the love you have for your husband & kids. You are always talking about how bad Danielle is, what about Teresa, she is psycho,spoiled & not a good mother. Bravo should have fired Teresa. Jacqueline I hope you do a better job raising your baby, because your daughter is very rude and she keep her big mouth shout. Teresa spent more money on nonsense on the show than the average working person, so I have no sympathy for her that she's on national TV after filing bankruptcy spending like she's the Queen of Sheba. Those ridiculous gaudy outfits on her kids, blinded by the head pieces, and her custom made this and that, and now she's scared of jail? Give me a break. Danielle looks like a saint next to those women. And Caroline acting like she's holier than thou, when her own family has issues. They're all living pay check to pay check and Jacquelyn's bratty daughter deserved whatever backlash she got. How rude she is. And to make Danielle the fall guy when she never said a word to the daughter. I'm beginning to think she is the better one of the crappy bunch. I refuse to believe Teresa knows nothing about the money issues. You can't just spend as if there is a bottomless pit, and be in bankruptcy at the same time. Break out the orange jump suit for Teresa, and make sure there's a matching head band to go with it!
