Lily Allen Debuts Baby Bump in London

Lily Allen showed off her growing baby bump at the London premiere of 'Tamara Drewe' Monday. The 'Smile' singer, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Sam Cooper, came out to support her mom, Alison Owen, who produced the flick, out October 8.

Although she looked fabulous, the singer admits she's still self-conscious about all the weight she's gained.

"I'm aware of the fact that I've put on a considerable amount of weight," she tweeted in August after she announced her pregnancy.

Allen, 25, and Cooper, 32, have been dating for a year. She told Britain's Sun newspaper, "It goes without saying we are both absolutely delighted." The star suffered a miscarriage two years ago.

The 'Smile' singer recently told a British radio show that becoming a mom "is ultimately my main goal in life and more of a priority than flying around the world jumping up and down on stage singing songs."

Popeater's use of baby bump is insulting. They think its cute but it only shows their insensitivity towards children. I'm quite sure they will use the age old excuse that we are just overreacting.

What is the facination with women showing while pregnant? Its as natural as can be so why is it news when a famous person starts to show while pregnant. I see no since in it.

Baby bump......please, people, STOP enabling these young teenage girls wanting to have babies by marginalizing a pregnancy with such an inane term. "Baby Bump?" NO.....you don't have a baby bump......you are pregant with a child that you will be responsible for and that will change your life forever. Let's all agree to retire this awful word.

hello that term has been used since before you were allowed to say pregnant on tv or in print because of certain sexaul morals of those times. it's a cute way to mark a special time in a womans/couples life together. but she maybe skittish to show her excitment because of her previous miscarriage and you can't blame her for that. a mother never expects to lose her baby before their born and then after she does she's scared to get too attached to the new baby

at one time you weren't allowed to say pregnant in print or on television so that's were terms like baby bump and with child came from it's hard to break old habbits. lay off on her she's skittish to show excitment in public because of her previous miscarriage which is only natural
