Madonna's Daughter Starts High School Drama

Madonna's daughter was the talk of the freshman class when she arrived for her first day of high school on Wednesday.

Surrounded by friends, Lourdes, who is enrolled as a public school student at the prestigious LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in Manhattan, fit right into the mix, though she still had to contend with the ever-growing number of paparazzi outside.

"I saw [Lourdes] in the morning and in the cafeteria," a fellow freshman told NY Daily News. "She was talking to people ... She blends in with everyone. She seems like a normal person."

Lourdes is reportedly in the drama department, which prepares students for acting and theater careers. Drama students are required to take classes in acting, dance, voice and diction, improvisation and theater history.

LaGuardia High School was the inspiration for the 1980 film 'Fame.'

Lourdes lives in New York City with her pop star mother and siblings Rocco, David and Mercy. She collaborated with Madonna on a clothing line for Macy's, Material Girl. The collection includes clothing, footwear, handbags, jewelery and hair accessories.

Take a good close LOOK at the girls EYES. How big are her pupils? I wonder what could possibly dilate her pupils on a sunny day? I thought the sun would make her pupils shrink? Hmmm...

No wonder all the boys think she is "SMOKING hot". I hope the boys in her school can WEED her out from the rest of the girls. I am sure she has the POTential to be BLUNT with anybody that tries to ROLL with her friends!

They make it sound like she designs all her line herself. She probably doesn't even know what is being sold in her name. I am sure she has a slew of designers taking care of everything for her. I hope she doesn't turn into the next Lindsay, Paris, and all the other annoying people in tabloids everyday.

My son also attends the "Fame" school. I just hope that Lola's presence doesn't cause disruptions to the other students, and I especially hope she gets the opportunity to just enjoy the whole high school experience. I think she'll have a great time at a great school!
