Toned trainer Jackie Warner, star of Bravo's new weight-loss show 'Thintervention,' is finally opening up about her weight issues. The 42-year-old trainer reveals she ballooned from 118 pounds to 169 pounds while in college. "I was alone in LA, and it was a huge culture shock," Warner, an Ohio native, tells InTouch Weekly. "I was depressed and ate junk food every day."
Warner packed on the pounds and struggled to get back to her thin frame. "I was miserable and felt so out of control. I tried covering up with baggy clothes, but I was insecure from the time I woke up until I went to sleep."
After months of emotional eating, the former 'Work Out' trainer knew it was time to get serious about her health. "It took four months. I was ambitious, and knew I wouldn't get anywhere carrying all that insecurity. So I started walking to school every morning, exercising and eating healthy," Warner recalls.

That Jackie is so bizarre looking in the promo, we look away in disgust when it flashes before us!

I agree- Warner looks like a 12 year old boy and there's no FEMININITY TO HER AT ALL. I would rather be 169 pounds and curvy than to look like a overly-done workout guru. No thanks, I ain't buying it!

It's male.

More male than you, Roger... LOL
so what? it would have been more convincing of her miserable life if she had once weighed 400 pounds.....169? your joking....

Its funny AND sad when you see the people post that she is too thin now,you know its some chick sitting there blogging that wishes they could get down to the 169 the woman in this story was.......I can say,get a life, talk lots of walks, food is fuel and a buffet isnt a test to see how much you really can eat.Shes lovely as a skinny person, shes less attractive as a big girl.PERIOD.

Maybe some of you have seen another picture of her but to me in this photo, she looks lovely. Unless you are well over six feet and a body builder (muscles weigh more than body fat), 169 lbs appears to be way too heavy for a woman. Exercise will tone you but doesn't help that much for losing weight. NOVA had a great show on amateur runners wanting to run the Boston Marathon. One or two of the 15 people were quite heavy and almost all but one or two had excess body fat shown using full body dexa scans. After months of training, they didn't lose much weight but they certainly toned up, looked different, walked and moved differently and their scans showed far less body fat. Diet is the key to losing weight. So make the effort. But first, admit you are overweight if you are. That's the hardest part it appears.
