All the 'Jersey Shore' fanatics who daydream about some day walking around in trademarked 'The Situation' t-shirts just got their bubble nuked -- it's not happening.According to government documents obtained by The Smoking Gun, Mike Sorrentino's bid to trademark his nickname for a clothing line was denied by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) because of a similar trademark issued last year by a Memphis retailer.
Sorrentino's retail nightmares got a whole lot worse though: He can't even market his real name, Mike Sorrentino, because a New York City retailer named Jing Lin trademarked it last week, according to Gawker.

Jealous? The guy is living the american dream, roll 15 minutes of fame into a lifetime of living a pretty good life. He can hate on him and goof on his silly smirk but you have got to give it too the guy. Out of 8 people he is the one that is taking it to the limit, while the rest of them can't get out of that life style of partying and trying to get laid as many times as you can,(he still finds time for that) but he is on track to bring in millions of dollars if he plays it the right way and I think he will. Don't hate on him just because he's sporting a 12 pack!
