Lady Gaga turned her red carpet arrival into a statement against the soon-to-be-sunk policy of discharging openly gay and lesbian members of the military. The eccentric pop-stress was flanked by four ex-servicemen who were all discharged or left the military as the result of the Don't Ask Don't Tell policy."I'm here for a very, very important cause tonight," she told MTV's Sway. "These are all my friends and they are with SLDN.org, which is an organization that was founded in 1993 under the reaction to the 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' policies. Their stories are very inspiring and there's so much we can do right now."

Do you think Lady Gaga ever goes through a drive-thru? Do you think she ever just sits home with a kinda burned bowl of popcorn and watches 'Dancing with the Stars'?
Do her close friends get to call her just Ga?
Exactly who is Lady Gaga's fan base? My guess it's all those 'Bed, Bath and Beyond' customers. Perhaps misguided trekkies that think she's from some distant universe? My guess is Capt Kirk has had a go at her huh? After all he did the blue chick.

I think she goes through drive throughs if she has to, but usually just prefers Italian food. I bet she does just sit at home with a kinda burned bowl of popcorn watching DWTS, still dressed up in her costumes because she's always Gaga and believes that the whole world is a stage. I think that her close friends still call her Gaga, because just Ga doesn't have a nice ring to it. Lady Gaga's fan base is a bunch of people who don't fit in. Little Monsters stick together and are always there for each other and their Mother Monster, no matter what.
Capt Kirk did a green chick silly. Don't you watch Star Trek? And Harry Reid is a fan of Gaga, so it must vary.
I love Lady Gaga!!! She's a true patriot.

Well lighten up everybody they're just jokes. I get what Gaga is supposed to be about, (the whole world is a stage yada yada Gaga) yeah it's that obvious. She's the Andy Warhol of our time huh? LOL
Lady Gaga is the biggest inspiration. She is an outstanding artist, and an outstanding person. She is not just the Queen of Pop, she is the Queen of music. And I know she will never let me, or her other fans down. Love you forever Mama Mons†er, paws up!

Wow, the youth of America. No wonder your country is going down hill so fast. You don't even know good artists, you're probably 17. Queen of music? Oh please, she'll never hold a candle up to the true female pioneers of music and expression, like Kate Bush, Bjork, PJ Harvey, Beth Gibbens or Tori Amos (I'm sure you've never heard of most of them because they don't need mtv or meat costumes to sell records) Luckily for her, you probably listen to most the garbage on the radio and don't expand. She can play the piano alright, sing ok but the rest is just show. She is a successful media wh0re.
You know what EG, that lovely talented young LADY is laughing all the way to the bank, good for Lady GAGA.

Am I typical of Lady Gaga's fan base. A conservative 56 year old executive who finds my morning on the elliptical machine is greatly enhanced with Bad Romance on my iPod
