Lindsay Lohan Appears in Chelsea Handler VMAs Skit

Fresh out of jail and rehab, Lindsay Lohan made her first appearance back on the Hollywood scene during a scripted skit for Chelsea Handler's VMA entrance.

Handler, the host of the show, is seen in her robe, clutching a cup. The troubled 'Mean Girls' star then confronts her and asks the comedian if she has been drinking, which Chelsea denies.

"Really, then why is your ankle bracelet going off?" Lohan questions in a cheeky reference to her own SCRAM bracelet that she was forced to wear before a judge ordered her to jail.

"Oh that just means that my table's ready at the Cheesecake Factory," Handler answers. Watch It

Lohan spent 13 days in jail and three weeks in court-ordered rehab for charges stemming from a 2007 DUI incident.

I chose NOT to watch the VMA's. After last year's BS with Kanye, I felt it was not worth my time. Even though security was strengthed so if Kanye were to even attemp to storm the stage, it was not going to happen. VMA has it's own Secret Service Detail, but after Kanye, I just gave up on awards altogether.

i'm sorry to say but this year the VMA's SUCKED BIG TIME!! It was a waste of my time. I could have spent time with my husband instead we wanted to see if something good was going to happen this year.
Em and Lady Gaga basically got every award
Chelsea Handler just wasn't funny; she was boring
Everyone who preformed just sucked

There are plenty of good reasons why to not watch the VMAs this is among them, she looks like crap, hopefully she looks better now. Because of all the drugs she looks 10-20 years older... Its really gross.

It's all to nice that the drinking and drugs and behavioral issues they promote do not seem to mean anything to them and it's a joke while the rest of the world lives in a reality that we can get screwed at any moment by the legal system that supposedly watches out for us but lives in the same reality as the so called "Stars of the Silver Screen"

my god I HATE Lindsey Lohan so much. Why can't she just finally die of a drug overdose like I know she wants to???...just drink a bottle of booze and take some drugs and finally DIE?????...it's taking forever..please DIE already why is it taking so long????

Are you kidding me?!?! Yea she is messed up but what did she ever do to you? I feel bad for her and I hope that she can turn her life around. You must be very depressed with your life to say that you wish that 23 year old girl, who you have never meet, should die of a drug overdose! The most shameless "buy-off" ever heaped on an awards show. This was nothing more than damage control, if you think otherwise you're a more pathetic alcoholic/addict than this little girl is.
The whole reason the judge stepped this up a notch and gave jail time was to teach LiLo repeat offenses are serious and to drive it home that she has a serious addiction. A week later she's doing a parody about it? She learned nothing and as a guy 20 years sober who's sponsored a dozen kids her age I guarantee you this: She will use again...what's more, it'll be soon. Any sponsor would see she steered clear of "sticky places" or downplaying her illness in such a way. In time, sure, we all like to laugh about our past. It helps keep it in perspective. But not this early, she should be surrounded by sober people, going to 2 meetings a day, working on cleaning up the damage path and her career should be at the bottom of the list. She has no one to right her ship with her and she's laughing long before she should be. Nothing she will ever do is more serious, she has no chance this time around...sad. One friend, just one should stand up and tell her some hard truth's before she dies. We don't get better as addicts, we get worse...

Too bad it takes so long for people to grow up. Until Lindsay wants to get sober, she won't. She's having a "fun" ride and keeps getting away with it, so she probably won't want to get sober until one day...when she looks in the mirror and realizes that she's not a teenybopper any longer, and that the stuff she uses is ruining her body. Then, she will stay high because her childhood is gone. People need to realize that the actual ride is what life is all about. If you start off your teen years in a blur, your life will just be one.
