Lindsay Lohan Appears in Chelsea Handler VMAs Skit

Fresh out of jail and rehab, Lindsay Lohan made her first appearance back on the Hollywood scene during a scripted skit for Chelsea Handler's VMA entrance.

Handler, the host of the show, is seen in her robe, clutching a cup. The troubled 'Mean Girls' star then confronts her and asks the comedian if she has been drinking, which Chelsea denies.

"Really, then why is your ankle bracelet going off?" Lohan questions in a cheeky reference to her own SCRAM bracelet that she was forced to wear before a judge ordered her to jail.

"Oh that just means that my table's ready at the Cheesecake Factory," Handler answers. Watch It

Lohan spent 13 days in jail and three weeks in court-ordered rehab for charges stemming from a 2007 DUI incident.

i thought this scene was awkward and funny
if anyone watches Chelsea Handler's show Chelsea Lately alot you know why its awkward
Chelsea usually makes fun of Lindsay on her show and has made skits poking fun of her and her family (theyre so funny!)

I hate Lindsay Lohan like she needs to just go away... i always didnt like her

I thought the skit that Lindsay Lohan did with Chelsea Handler was pretty funny! It's good that Lindsay can poke fun at herself. Even if you are a reformed alcoholic or drug user, you do not have the power to see into the future of Lindsay Lohan's life. She might surprise us all, and actually stay straight. Just because she has a sense of humor still doesn't mean she'll be going off the deep end again. Some people have the ability to find fun in life, even if they are straight. Many reformed drunks/druggies are so self-righteous and BORING. The ones who can still laugh and not be so hung up on themselves and their "issues" are the ones who can probably best help others.

That was very cute :).Lindsay is as adorable as she's always been.

Robert Downey Jr was sleeping in strangers houses and in their beds when he was cranked up and everyone was like, "Ohhhh poor Robert Downey Jr. It's soooooo sad what's happening to him." Yes, when men are junkies it "happens" to them, when women are junkies they do it to themselves (and, of course, they deserve it). When he finally woke up and turned his life around everyone loved him all the more and cheered him on to rehabilitated victory. But Lindsay is a woman and she doesn't get the same kind of support or encouragement in this misogynistic society. That's too bad.
