Oprah Winfrey is known for her grand gestures -- especially on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show,' where she continues to give away fabulous gifts to her audience. And for the final season premiere of her syndicated talk show, she's gifting everyone in the audience with a trip to Australia."Because, after all, this really is my 25th season and this is really my last chance to do something really big," she explained, The New York Daily News reports.
There will be two episodes of 'Oprah's Ultimate Australian Adventure,' which will feature O's biggest fans down under, in places like the Sydney Opera House. The trip will happen this coming December.
"It's one of the places I've always wanted to visit, and who better to take with me on this trip of a lifetime than some of my most loyal viewers. My team has been planning this trip for almost a year and we are so excited," Oprah said in a statement.
After airing, Oprah tweeted that she was pleased no one let the news leak. "Audience -- it's unbelievable that you kept that secret all weekend!! Way to go mates," she wrote.

Go Oprah! You are making a lot of people happy! I'm sure your audience is very pleased and happy for all the things you have given away through out the years. We certainly need more people like you. Sorry for all of you out there who are just dying of jelousy and wish you were in Oprah's shoes or the live audience for that matter. I cannot believe the hatred by some of the posters! Oprah was showing appreciation to her audience -- there are so many rich celebrities out there -- and they never give back to anyone, especially not their loyal fans. So give credit where credit is due and for heaven's sake -- grow up and stop bringing RACE into this -- it has absolutely nothing to do with anything. The audience was a mix of races, including Blacks, Whites and Asians. No wonder America is going down the tubes, not because of Obama but because of ignorant snd hateful people like those on here!

we operate a non profit animal shelter with over 800 animals here now and she has never given us a dime. so much for caring about animals as she claims to do.
