Can't get enough wedding TV? Love all those bloody-but-fun nip and tuck shows? What if we told you that these two premises were being combined, and that they're throwing some old fashioned, cutthroat (literally!) reality competitiveness into the mix? Awesome, right? The Hollywood Reporter broke the news this week that E! is developing a show called 'Bridalplasty,' where "brides-to-be compete in wedding-themed challenges to win extensive surgical procedures." It's basically FOX's infamous 'The Swan' but with a 'Say Yes to the Dress' twist.

The winning bride-to-be will get the wedding of her dreams, where she will reveal her new look to friends, family and, most importantly, the groom. "Viewers will witness his emotional and possibly shocked reaction as they stand at the altar and he lifts her veil to see her for the first time following her extreme plastic surgery," E! said.
