"And the Salahi's are the biggest reason for that. At first, execs thought they struck gold with all the attention the couple got over the White House dinner. They live over 50 miles from DC. I've wondered from the beginning how they consider themselves any part of DC.
I totally agree with you. I'm a native Washingtonian for 55 years and am aghhast at this behavior of the Salahi's. The other women are NOT representational of housewives in DC. Bravo should have picked, if they could've found them, housewives in the District of Columbia, not Maryland or Virginia. These women portrayed in the show, are not from DC. There are plenty of nice, intriguing women in DC that Bravo could've filmed, but chose these women who don't have a clue as to what motivates women who are housewives in DC. Bravo, get a grip and find REAL WOMEN IN DC, NOT THESE PLASTIC PHONIES! And by the way, the Salahi's live in a suburb of DC in Loudoun County of VA. Their home is actually across the road from Tareq's (sp?) parents, whome they sued. Nice piece of work there. Now, get a real job Salahi's. I will not watch this show. It's pathetic and very unreal.
I've only heard about the Salahi's from their uninvited visit to the White House Dinner and seeing Michaele and the other housewive's on The View. It's all about the fame to Michaele and her husband it seems. They are two nut cases, and when I heard all of a sudden she has MS, I don't believe. My girlfriend has it, and at first I would watch her I knew something was wrong because she always looked like she was going to fall, like she was off balance. She then told me she was diagnosed with MS and when she told me it was 6 years ago. I don't wish it on anyone, but if she's just saying it to have the fame I would say take it off the one's that have it and give it to the ones that lie that they do!

The way to stop these trash shows is to notify the advertisers that you wont buy their products as long as they pay advertising fees. Bravo doesnt care what your opinion is, they only care about how much money they get from the advertisers

The real reason the D.C. show is not a hit is because it has been an Obama lovefest! The gushing over Obama made me turn it off after the second episode!
The people on this show are a train wreck and train wrecks equal good ratings....so Bravo much like the rest of the Hollywood types are not reading the mood of the country.
