Funnyman Russell Brand was arrested on Friday at Los Angeles International Airport after allegedly getting into a fight with paparazzi photographers, E!Online reports. Brand was traveling through Delta security with fiancee Katy Perry when photographers started trailing them. TMZ.com reports Brand grew agitated and allegedly pushed and hit several paparazzi. At that time, one of the photographers made a citizen's arrest, which the LAX police helped facilitate.
Brand was taken into custody and brought to the LAPD Pacific Division station; it's expected he'll be booked on suspicion of battery.

Screw these celebrities. The paparazi makes them money with exposure. Read the "octomom" article on aol and read how the paparazzi kept her alive until recently
I'm no Brand fan, but he did the right thing! When someone invades your personal space, you have the right to defend yourself. There should be a law against getting closer than 50 feet with a camera. It's particularly dangerous when they surround cars, and/or flash camera lights into moving cars, possibly blinding the drivers.
