A new report from TMZ says that Paris Hilton will not be facing a trial or jail time after her Aug. 27 arrest for felony cocaine possession, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Hilton will instead enter a guilty plea on Monday for two misdemeanors: obstructing an officer -- because she allegedly lied to police on the scene by denying the Chanel purse containing cocaine was hers -- and misdemeanor drug possession.

She will reportedly be placed on probation for a year, however (and will be required to serve jail time if arrested at any time during her probation). So...a year of probation, that's it? Well, not quite.
