Katy Perry is taking her talent to 'Sesame Street' to play with Elmo -- or at least that's what she thinks. The singer shows up to play with the little red muppet, but he isn't exactly up for the fun.
Perry then breaks out into a kids version of 'Hot N Cold,' singing about how Elmo won't play dress up, although we're a little concerned with what she's wearing herself.
Her appearance on the long-running children's series is part of the show's 41st season.

hahahahahaha!!
It looks like she gave the wrong size and they didn't have time to adjust the costume before filming. If she were really a B-cup, the dress would have fit perfectly, but she's at least a C. 90% of women wear the wrong bra size and if you make costumes you should KNOW not to trust them to know their size!!!!

Yeah, her boobies could have been covered,
but she did great with Elmo!

I think they are both adorable!

It is a very cute video, and I'm a huge 56-year-old Katy Perry fan, frankly. If you don't see the inappropriateness though, of such a skimpy dress on a kid's show, then you are simply a Sodomite, and don't care one whit about the aggregate disintegration of American society, do you? Google all those big words, you public-schooled imbeciles, because I KNOW you don't know ANY of them.

Katy really suits this type of program, however, the wardrobe people could have done a better job. We all know that Katy's claim to fame is more about her sex appeal than her talent for singing but not on a kid's show. This is another example of pushing the limits with the kids and it's time to push back. As for Disney and Barbie, your right, they need a "make over too".

You are correct, but only because I'm Canadian - lol.

The word talent should be in quotation marks, not Sesame Street.

Katey Perry's outfit is VERY inapropriate!! Years ago that wouldn't have been allowed. They should have covered her chest a lot more. Not a good role model for little girls to look up to. I know for a fact children notice those types of things.

get a life the dress was adress up dress
Don't forget guys kids watch this show, not adults. So i think kids are paying more attention to the song instead of what she's wearing. Plus kids are exposed to much more than that now a days.

i think it was cool i lovd it who cares about what she was wearing she wanted to play dress up with elmo so she wore an odd colored wedding dress

Also, she's wearing MESH. That's all MESH going up to her neck.

Oh grow up. She showed nothing. Kids will see a lot more flesh at home or at the beach/pool.

I'm sorry but if people are upset about Katy Perry's costume on Sesame Street, we've moved back to the morality police days of the 1950's! There's not a thing in the world wrong with it! Kids are going to be exposed to boobies, for heaven's sake! So Katy has boobies! BIG DEAL! She's a grown up woman and she's supposed to have them! The costume was for a day of playing "Dress Up" and fit perfectly with that theme. Even little ones see far more than this on TV! This was the first time I'd actually seen the clip and I'm utterly dismayed by all the hoopla over it. What's all the fuss???
