'Raising Sextuplets' Dad, Bryan Masche, Arrested

Reality show dad Bryan Masche was arrested in Camp Verde Saturday and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and threatening domestic violence.

The arrest was made after 'Raising Sextuplets' star allegedly threatened his family and began yelling profanities, E! Online reports. A call was made to 911, and the investigation escalated when he did not comply with the deputies' requests.

He was taken into custody at the Yavapi County Detention Center and subsequently released on $3,500 bond.

It is not known whether Masche's wife and TV costar, Jenny, was involved in the incident. Masche is the father of Arizona's second-only set of sextuplets, born three years ago. The family currently lives in Florida and star on a WE reality show.

Back in 2009, Bryan and Jenny admitted that raising six young children was difficult and caused a lot of tension between them. "We have totally brutal fights," Jenny told PEOPLE.

The couple were a "work in progress" and hoped to work through their marital problems. "When you understand that there's no way out of marriage, that forces you to work on your marriage," Bryan added.

I agree, he always seemed like a hot head on the T.V. and EXTREAMLY full of himself. I watched the show a few times and found it boring. Wasn't there already ANOTHER show just like this? gezzzzz

I watched quite a few episodes and was enjoying this show BUT don't these people realize reality show couples are doomed?? And Bryan does have misplaced anger. His Dad constantly puts him down and probably has been treating him that way since he was born! Now he has no one except Jenny and the kids to take his anger out on. I feel sorry for him because his Dad is abusive obviously and the cycle is continuing. He needs anger management and if he doesn't get it Jenny should take the kids and get the hell out! No one should put up with that crap!!!

I think we need more 19 and counting :-) Now that is a show for our growing kid's. They show respect for each other not matter how many children they have. Finally! Some family values!

I AGREE CATHY. I like that show (even though I really think its time for her to stop having babies especially since the last one was so sick).

everyone is getting down on him, every time I have watched the show, she was the one yelling and being stupid. she puts him down and calls him names alot, just like kate. I had five small kids at once and worked full time as a nurse, but I never acted like either of them.

I can't BELIEVE there isn't a single post here not guessing this arrest to be a stunt to garner attention for the show, especially when the show has so foregrounded the couple's marital difficulties. I mean seriously people, every one of these reality shows sets up both a heavy and a victim, that's the #@%ing formula.

Reality show or not, these people are only human. Regardless of how much money you have, there are sextuplet 3 yr olds in the house, sickness, bills, upkeep, and all the other things the rest of us have to deal with, but multiplied by 6. Raising kids is stressful.....imagine have 6 all the same age. It would drive a Saint to distraction!

I have followed this program since it began. I was surprised this man allowed himself to get so out of control, however he has displayed his temper many times. I really feel for this family and am concered for the children. His wife, Jenny, has been a very devoted mother and wife and has worked outside the home as well. Frankly I don't see how she does it. They really put themselves at risk making a move to FL for Bryan to pursue a dream. On one of the last shows they alluded to the fact that this job did not materialize. I have been wondering how this family is going to make it and am also wondering if financial pressures sent Bryan over the edge.

Well, the old man broke down and he's only going to disintegrate fruther into a bigger messier mess.
Let him go - he is clearly no match for the 6 children he spawned. Gosh, I hope none of the chillens inherit his ugly mug! He's too ugly to reproduce, but luckily,children are beautiful. Let us not let those children learn how to be ugly mean, like their father.
Well - maybe he's not the father.
Maybe the screwball fertility doc laid out a few of his own seeds in the mess.

Reality television does not have such a great track record in creating stable and loving relationships. Life is hard enough without bringing another angst producing element into your lives, unless of course you are dopey, 23 years old, whose only concern is abs, hair gel and casual sex and drinking--then it is a God send.

I agree, they had family and friends to help when they lived in Arizonia...I thought they moved to Fla. for work...I only catch it from time to time. He didnt seem to have a good relationship with his dad, who you said also has a short temper...This is sad,Hope they can beat the odds...

I've watched the show a few times, and was immediately struck by what a hotheaded jerk Brian is. Jenny seems like a very hard worker, a wonderful mom and a very tolerant woman.
I know that they moved far from family, which is a shame. I think that Jenny needs their support. Brian seems like a spoiled, obnoxious idiot. I don't know if marriage counselling would work when one partner is so self absorbed. For the kids' sakes, I hope that they can fix their marriage.

Wait a minute! SHE should be a better wife? Wasn't HE the one arrested for throwing the kind of tantrum that is acceptable in a toddler but NOT in a husband and father? Someone mentioned that she seems to be "even-keeled". She always looks scared to me.
