First? The Hoff Shocked 'Dancing' Fans Dropped Him So Fast
David Hasselhoff was feeling hassled after becoming the
first celebrity voted off 'Dancing With the Stars' on Tuesday. Friends and insiders close to the 'Baywatch' star and the hit show tell me David was shocked and humiliated by the surprising results.
"David thought he had a bigger fan base and just can't understand what happened," a friend of The Hoff's tells me. "He honestly thought he had a chance to win this competition. He would have never agreed to even participate if he thought for one second he would be the first to go."
And just like his dance moves, the bruised actor didn't exactly accept his defeat with grace.
"David is blaming everyone but himself for the vote," an insider tells me. "Backstage after the show, he was blaming the producers, the lighting guys and even the costume department."
Get this, apparently David is convinced if he performed in some 'Baywatch'-inspired red swim trunks and had more say in his choreography, he would never have been sent home.
You gotta admit, it cannot be easy to be the first to fall in a talent and popularity contest, but someone has to. Now, David joins the likes of Shannon Doherty, model Josie Maran and Belinda Carlisle, in being the first to go in their respective seasons.
"Of course, David is humiliated," a friend of the burly-chested star tells me. "It's embarrassing. If it wasn't enough to say goodbye to judging 'America's Got Talent,' now for the foreseeable future, he'll be the guy that America decided was less talented than 'The Situation' and Bristol Palin."
Ouch!

I don't know why he's surprised! The other tall guy, the NBA player, was graceful and did a nice job, so the Hoff can't put his poor show down to his size. I can't believe that Kyle was in that last 2 couples either, he was terrific! Much better than Cho and Palin and 'the Situation'. We'll just have to keep watching I suppose!

The Hoss did not dance well. However, if he was depending on his fan base, does he not "get it" that many of them were turned off by his behavior with his children - including his alcoholic rants. Who can forget the hamburger episode?

Its funny he thought he had such a huge following in the states... Kit the car made KNIGHT RIDER...... and the girls on BAYWATCH made that show..... Hoss the Loss is pathetic... go back to singing in Japan...

I think you mean Germany.
I am SO glad Hoff was voted off first! I detest the guy after seeing him on one of the late shows where he was slobbering all over himself talking to a model who was the next guest. He thought he was "all that" but he looked like a fool. His ego is too much for me to deal with. He was the worst along with Cho and the Situation but I'm really glad he was the first to go.

That's because he's dillusional. They set him up for the big fall in the first place. He should feel doubly humiliated. Sex Bomb, Sex Bomb ha ha ha!

He really looked like he needed a drink before he started!

What a frk'g. jerk "hoff"!

What a crock. How do we know how the fans voted? You never see the numbers. I'll bet The Hoff had it in his contract to be "Voted" out early.

"The Hoff" definitely deserved to go but he was not a lot worse than Bristol Palin and Margaret Cho. They should definitely be the next two to go in that order with "Situation" right behind them.

since when is she a star anyway ? since she got knocked up by her boyfriend lol

????NEWS????
"The Hoff is OFF"
I wonder...what could he be think'n.???
In order to reinforce his egocentric image, he must have found an angle and flattering lighting as he stood in front of the mirror that made him look "good"...then he moved...
The mirror just couldn't...say..didn't want to.... match the image in his delusional mind.
God Bless Kym.

Hoff was pretty bad but Margaret Cho was even worse in my opinion.

I really thought they would keep Hoff around for the fan base for a few shows, but I guess his ego was to much. He really did suck, and it shows that he really thinks he is still a sex symbol dancing to sex bomb, if you cll that dancing, he stood there shaking his hips and kym did all the dancing.
I dont think that Bristol was that bad. She needs work, but she wasnt the worse. I think Cho needs to go. I also think that the situation didnt do half bad with 5 days training. At least in his interviews he was saying he wanted to work hard and do a better showing.I think Cho will go home this week. As for Hoff, well you was very bad you deserved what you got. You could tell he was floored by the results. He was trying to be 20 not 60.

someone had to go...wasn't the worst..but wasn't the best either..about half of the dancers really need to step it up to stay in

David - no one likes you. You are a hasbeen. NO one likes you. Plus you can't dance. Get over yourself and grow up.

THIS GUY IS A DRUNK DISGUSTING PERSON AND SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED ON THE SHOW TO START WITH. LET HIM GO BACK TO HIS LOWLIFE ROUTINES.

He is so full of himself that he thinks putting on a bathing suit would help him win a dance contest. JERK!!
