Justin Bieber Caught Kissing His 'Baby' Leading Lady

Even though Justin Bieber keeps telling the media he's single, the teen heartthrob was caught locking lips with up-and-coming songstress Jasmine Villegas. Can you hear the screams of thousands of crushed tween girls? TMZ photographed the singer making out with the brunette in the back of a Honda in Venice, California.

So who she? Villegas is Bieber's opening act on his 'My World 2.0' tour and starred in his 'Baby' music video. Her album will be released later this year.

But Bieber may not be settling down just yet. He recently stopped into the West Edmonton, Canada, Hooters with four of his backup dancers -- sans Jasmine -- and scored a free meal. Flirting with the waitresses, the teen singer posed for photos and serenaded them.

"We were talking about deep fried pickles, then they said they would sing to me for free deep-fried pickles," said waitress Tania Biggar. "The manager said if they sang for the whole restaurant, he'd pay for their entire meal.

The manager of the Edmonton Hooters was shocked by the extent of Bieber Fever. "I couldn't believe how crazy it got in here," he said. "In a span of three minutes, it went from just a normal, half-decent Saturday to just wall-to-wall madness. Within probably 45 seconds, we had 150-200 people standing outside our front door."
