After 22 years of marriage, rocker Nancy Wilson and director Cameron Crowe are calling it quits, PEOPLE reports. Wilson, a singer from the rock duo Heart, filed divorce papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday. She cites irreconcilable differences and lists June 15, 2008 as the date of their separation.
Crowe, writer/director of 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High,' 'Almost Famous' and 'Jerry Maguire,' and Wilson married on July 23, 1986. They have 10-year-old twin boys named William and Curtis. In the divorce papers, Wilson seeks joint physical and legal custody of their children and also requests spousal support.

I am sorry to hear about this one. Both seem like good people who have worked very hard to get where they are. 22 years is a long time. However, I can understand child support but not spousal support. She is a very capable lady who is successful. Again, I was sorry to read this and wish them both well.

I'm just shocked. These two seemed to really have a lot of love between them -- God Bless them both and their 10-year-old twins. I haved loved Heart since 1978, the year of "Dog and Butterfly." Both are fantastically talented people.

Wow what a shocker! I have idolized Nancy since I was 7 years old. Never saw the split happening since their marriage was downplayed publically. Never heard negative rumours circulating about either person. Sorry to hear the marriage is over. Good luck to both.
