Our own Rob Shuter was a special correspondent for our pals at Extra to cover the launch of Madonna and daughter Lourdes Leon's Material Girl clothing line this week in New York. The line has been created exclusively for Macy's.So is Mommy Madge still the boss around the house? Lordes says absolutely, but Madonna says it's just because "I yell the loudest."
Madonna says that she's raised her 13-year-old to be "strong-willed, independent, opinionated and sometimes that fires back at me."
Lourdes also says that mom is the ultimate Material Girl and that her closet can't compare Madonna's.
Taylor Momsen, the face of the line, was selected by Madonna to represent Material Girl and says that both Lourdes and Madonna have a clear vision for the brand. "They are both very opinionated but both work together," Momsen says. Watch Shuter with Madonna the Red Carpet and Read More at Extra:

Yes raising your child to be strong willed,etc will back fire on you how stupid can you be? Who would want to buy clothes from her anyway? Why should I give her my hard earned money when she has plenty already!!!!!

I do not like Madonna, but her kid looks and sounds normal. Madonna screw-up so MANY girls around her daughter's age. She sure sent the wrong messages to troubled teenages in this country. Now, she wants her daughter to be a real lady. If Madonna did not know how to sing she would be a PROSTITUTE!
