Four days after a judge briefly detained her for failing court-mandated drug tests, Lindsay Lohan has entered a live-in rehab facility in Southern California to seek help for substance abuse, TMZ is reporting.No other information is given in the report, other than that the 'Mean Girls' actress will likely stay at the facility until her next court date on Oct. 22.
The actress dominated headlines going into last weekend when she was denied bail by Judge Elden Fox, taken into custody, then granted bail by the day's end after a different LA County judge overturned Judge Fox's ruling.
Lohan, 24, was behind bars during those hours due to an admitted relapse: She recently failed two crucial drug tests, for cocaine and illegal Adderall use. According to the terms of Lohan's probation, a failed drug test means she will spend another 30 days in jail.

yeah lindsay keeps messing up, but i don't blame her for this crap. the judges and judicial system are the ones to blame for this--evidently they think movie people, sports people, and rich people are above the law, and they just keep letting them get away with murder--what normal person would be treated like this-these judges are a joke--hopefully, they'll figure it out

That's too bad. Now the law needs to do its job. Go to the rehab place, arrest her, put her back in jail for the remainder of the 90 days she didn't do, and tack on the 30 she was supposed to get if she incurred another violation. Then make her do the remainder of the 90 days of rehab that she didn't do and tack on another 30 just for good measure. Quit f'in around with her.

You can see why people have no respect for the law anymore. She goes to jail, out a week later. Goes to rehab out a week later. Fails two drug tests gets thrown in jail, out that night. Back into rehab. What a joke.

There's no doubt she thinks that rehab will save her from having to go to jail. I hope not! She needs to pay the consequences of her actions or she'll again as she has so often done go right back to what she was doing before. There would be no reason to change. It seems simple enough but why the courts don't do this with her, I have no explanation for their obliviousness to the obvious.

Check Linsay into jail! She is NOT above anyone else and the Spoiled Brat has repeatedly ignored the law and the violated any kindnesses the Judges gave her. Give her 90 or 120 days and she'll learn not to break the law again! And in the meantime,her Parents can go out and get jobs and support themselves for 3 or 4 months!!!

I think that it really sends a clear message to our youth, who are already heading no where fast, that If you have money and a tiny bit of status that you are somehow exempt from taking responsibility or payin for your actions. I think the media should really focus on more important issues.....I am sick of it all!!!!
