Report: Lindsay Lohan Has Entered Rehab Again

Four days after a judge briefly detained her for failing court-mandated drug tests, Lindsay Lohan has entered a live-in rehab facility in Southern California to seek help for substance abuse, TMZ is reporting.

No other information is given in the report, other than that the 'Mean Girls' actress will likely stay at the facility until her next court date on Oct. 22.

The actress dominated headlines going into last weekend when she was denied bail by Judge Elden Fox, taken into custody, then granted bail by the day's end after a different LA County judge overturned Judge Fox's ruling.

Lohan, 24, was behind bars during those hours due to an admitted relapse: She recently failed two crucial drug tests, for cocaine and illegal Adderall use. According to the terms of Lohan's probation, a failed drug test means she will spend another 30 days in jail.

Lohan was released from court-ordered rehab at UCLA Medical Center on Aug. 24 after only 22 days. Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail and a 90-day inpatient rehabilitation program on July 6 for violating her probation in a 2007 DUI case. She ended up serving only 14 days due to good behavior and overcrowding at the jail.

Her legal woes began in May 2007 when she was arrested following a minor car accident and charged with DUI. Just two months later, she was taken into custody for suspicion of drunk driving and cocaine possession.

Following her first DUI, Lohan spent 84 minutes in jail after pleading guilty to two misdemeanor counts of being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent and one count of reckless driving.

The only reason she enetered rehab is to avoid going back to jail. I'm with Robyn-- from now on this woman does not exist. The only thing I may read regarding her is her obituary.

She won't stay in rehab. She knows how expensive it is. She can't afford it now that her career is finished. You people don't think for a moment that "mom" or "dad" are going to pay the tab, do you?? Unfortunately Lindsay knows it's cheaper to knub her brain with coke and booze. What a price you've paid little girl. All done in hollywood at age 24. (golf clap) It didn't have to be this way. It's worked so far. Supposed to be in jail for 30 days, just shop for another judge to let her out. NO wonder there are so many criminals in states like that. Laws don't apply, they are optional, just suggestions.

So many people like to judge others... Jesus said he who is without sin cast the first stone. Could any of you stone Lindsay? I didn't think so.... So let's remember the young lady has many problems and all Hollywood wants her to do is produce and make money for them. We as a society build them up and can't wait to knock them down. Let's leave her in peace to recieve the help she needs. Let's pray for her instead of judge her it's not our job to judge....

We know if she didn't have money, she would be in jail for breaking the rules of parole.............more sick, liberal judges who lets money rule their judgement. If she were to be in rehab, which I'm sure she needs, she should have still stayed in jail until the judge sent her to a rehabilitation center. Personally, I'm so sick of these depraved show people that I won't spend a dime on any to their so called entertainment.

She needs to go away for a minimum of 3 months and since she is being mandated by the court, she has to stay. Then, she needs to do some work, real work. Remember, idle mind is the devil's workshop. This girl is really disfunctional with a major problem, reminesent of Brittany...anyone? and from what I see of her mother, she seems more interested in her own media time than her daughter.

Yes, she does need rehab and to work a real job. Media and PopEater, if Lindsey can put together a decent amount of clean time, while regularly being drug-tested, then MAYBE that will be a story. I'm sorry, the attention these "stars" receive is sickening. She has done nothing with her life and yet she's enamored by so many. My daughter is the same age, doesn't drink, smoke, have any tattoos, has finished college, has found a significant other and has a son. I'm grateful for her and my grandson. As far as I'm concerned all celebrities should be banned from the public eye, since they do nothing to improve or impress the youth of today.
