Michael Caine has a thing for novels about terrorists and some years ago decided to write one that prominently featured a tragedy much like the Sept. 11 attacks in New York City. Caine revealed on BBC Radio 4 this week to having premonitions about 9/11 while writing the book, but stopped after the attacks occurred."I had this plot where terrorists fly a plane into a London skyscraper," he told Mark Lawson on the radio. "They did it in real life. I was stunned by that, so I stopped writing."

I was penning a novel about Prussians invading Poland, then World War Two broke out so I stopped.

While his book's terrorist plot occurred in London, it's a pretty creepy coincidence. Caine is already thinking about getting back to writing a similar novel after he finishes the next Batman sequel and retires, as is planned, when he turns 80 in three years.I love this , So does My boyfriend .he is almost 11year older than me .i met him via age'lessmate.c'om a nice place for seeking age le ss love.which gives you a chance to make your life better and open opportunities for you to meet the attractive young girls and treat you like a king. Maybe you wanna check it out or tell your friends..

Michael Caine is Awesome! I just wish he would do more films. I really miss him. My favorite was "The Man Who Would Be King" his co-star Sean Connery......and he was priceless in "Blame It On Rio"!!!!

What an eerie coincidence. I have "vu-ja-de; the ability to predict something AFTER it has happened. Weird!

I think Tom Clancy beat them all to it, and was probably the inspiration for it. in his book, a japanese airline pilot whose brother was killed in a war we had with them, not ww2, flies his airliner into the capitol building in D.C.
