As stars of reality show 'Giuliana & Bill,' Bill and Giuliana Rancic are used to sharing their world with fans. And when they started fertility treatments, specifically IVF treatments, this past spring, they shared that too. But after getting pregnant on the first try, Giuliana suffered a miscarriage at nine weeks--and the couple was devastated.
"Both of us were in shock," Bill, 39, told PEOPLE. "Failure wasn't an option!" Giuliana said she was wrecked by the news. "I said, 'I'm not doing this again. I can't.' I was angry at life and at God," she reveals.
Their reality show, which returns on October 11, will capture the highs of finding out she's pregnant and the lows after the miscarriage. They hope it will help other couples that are struggling with similar issues.

Maybe if Giuliana actually ate some food she would carry a baby. Her body is so painfully thin.

If they really want a child then they should trust God (not be mad at Him!)and be willing to try again!
I wish them the best.

If you have not had infertility problems you should not judge others. It is the hardest thing someone will go through with a roller coaster of emotions. And yes you get mad at everyone...Even God!!!!
Excuse me BEE, but have you ever lost a child? I lost my 17 year old son and I have been mad a God. Trust in God, I can't trust him ever again. Put yourself in someone else's shoes before you JUDGE.
Keep the faith guys! I suffered 4 miscarriages and almost gave up. The Lord blessed me with a baby girl a year after my last miscarriage and a baby boy 15 months later, who are now thriving a 7 yr-old and a 6 yr-old. With God, ALL things are possible. I'm praying for you both!! :)

Thank you for sharing saturngirl. I have had three miscarriages. It's devastating, and your story gives me hope. God bless.
@ Bee
Of course they shouldn't be angry with God, but it is a very natural reaction. It's part of the grief process. I lost a daughter at 30 wks and I was incredibly angry at nearly everyone. It was no one's fault, some things just happen. I had counseling and was able to get pregnant again. I wish them the best and I hope soon they'll have a baby in their arms.

Why do you have to be so hateful? Have you ever been through something so painful and so traumatic? Just because they say they were angry to God doesn't make them a bad person.

She needs to actually put a little weight on for it to happen!!!
She is not ready to be a mom until she puts others before her "perfect" vanity!!! Hollywood people have no clue about the real world.

Giuliana was "mad at God" for her miscarriage after she and Bill were throwing dice or rocks or something on the floor in a Buddhist Temple to "find out if they were going to have a baby? I love their show and how real they are with each other, but why isn't she mad at Buddha? I kept thinking how THEY had decided they were ready to have a baby, but didn't look like it to me! She didn't want to lose her figure, he travels all the time and materially, they have everything BUT a baby..When they place their cares in the hands of the real God, and are ready for the gift of a baby, they will have a baby. They tried to use science in place of faith. All things are possible with God.

I totally agree. Any lost is painful but you said it so well.
Turning to science isn't turning away from God. G & B needed some intervention and turned to IVF. Obviously if you believe in God you have to believe that he is also a part of the scientific "miracle" that helps so many who are struggling with infertility.
Can't we just have sympathy for her loss and not berate them for throwing rocks in a buddha temple or traveling or whatever.
My mom suffered two miscarriages before having me. I asked if she was freaked out and she said no. My g/f who did have a miscarriage was told her by her doc that sometimes the body aborts the baby because it COULD have something wrong with it - it's a function of nature. They were monitoring her closely and could tell by hormone and other chemicals inside of her, that the fetus was not growing normally. He thinks that the child would have been severely disabled or deformed, so the body rejected it naturally. So sometimes it's just nature (or your body) - just keep trying, they're still young. BTW after my g/f went thru two miscarriages with only one fallopian tube, she conceived naturally. The body can also be a miracle.

I forgot to say that I think Bill and Giuliana are really good people, just caught up in money, property and prestige, glamorous life style. I will pray that they get their hearts right and are blessed with a beautiful family, one baby at a time. When they are truly ready to be parents, in God's eyes, it will happen.

I know I am being to sensitive, but do you mean that God didn't want me to be my son's parent anymore and that is why he was taken? With all the children today who are abused and starving, I really don't think God is looking into who is qualified to be a parent anymore.
Bonnie get over yourself. Just because people have money and enjoy some of the finer things in life doesnt mean they deserved what they got or worn't ready for a baby. What? Only people on welfare know how to raise a baby? They certainly do have enough time on there hands don't they!
A lot of girls think it is a curse from God that they got pregnant. And if you wanted babies, I don't get what you mean that you almost gave up. What, you wouldn't have sex with your husband no more because you couldn't have a baby? Unless you are one of those lowlife women that just tries to get pregnant by sleeping with random men.

No, "all things" are not possible with God. God answers all prayers, and sometimes the answer is "no". And Buddha never claimed to be a diety; just the opposite. The whole point of Buddism is that anyone can achieve a state of Nirvana or "grace" and peace.
