Bill and Giuliana Rancic Open Up About Recent Miscarriage

As stars of reality show 'Giuliana & Bill,' Bill and Giuliana Rancic are used to sharing their world with fans. And when they started fertility treatments, specifically IVF treatments, this past spring, they shared that too.

But after getting pregnant on the first try, Giuliana suffered a miscarriage at nine weeks--and the couple was devastated.

"Both of us were in shock," Bill, 39, told PEOPLE. "Failure wasn't an option!" Giuliana said she was wrecked by the news. "I said, 'I'm not doing this again. I can't.' I was angry at life and at God," she reveals.

Their reality show, which returns on October 11, will capture the highs of finding out she's pregnant and the lows after the miscarriage. They hope it will help other couples that are struggling with similar issues.

"Hopefully we can help people understand that there's nothing to be ashamed of," says Giuliana. "It's such a taboo subject, but it's a very common problem."

i understand what she went through.. me and my boyfriend were trying to get pregnant and it took 6 months on september 14th 2010 on his birthday i found out i was pregnant... soo many emotions we were so happy.. then i went to work the next day and something was wrong had to go to the doctors because i was having an etopic pregnacy.. our world tumbled down..and as much as i blamed myself it happends,what helped me i talk to people that it has happend to,and taled to my mother..but i found my bofried was behind me 100 percent and he loves me and did not blame me for that.. herw are tryin agin.. i wish you luck

I have an aunt who had a similar case with yours once upon a time. At first, she was really discouraged and all. One day she got up and had an idea of adapting a baby from the orphanage center. She then discussed it with her husband and there, they adapted the kid and treated & loved him as their very own.
It took a year and they finally had a baby and babies of their own. As i am writing this,they have two handsome , healthy and very strong kids.
From this, i learned that, God sometimes need to see that, you do care even for the other kids who are not your own thus, proving that you deserve having one of your own.
I'll pray for you & always be positive. Trust God and never cease to pray. Be thankful to God always and keep trying.
WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT: You & Bill don't have to be disappointed about anything because, who told those who have kids of their own that they deserve to have them? It's just by the grace of God almighty.
