Can you picture Rachel Berry singing 'Bye Bye Bye?' Or Will Schuester performing "Tearin' Up My Heart?" If Joey Fatone gets his way, that's exactly what you'll see. The former 'NSYNC member thinks his old band's playlist would be perfect for 'Glee.' And since the show doesn't seem to be shying away from artist-themed episodes, it might not be out of the realm of possibility. "I saw the Britney Spears one and I thought it was kind of cool," Fatone told PEOPLE. "I said, 'You know what? They should do an 'NSYNC one.' So I mentioned it on Twitter, and everyone is retweeting it and saying, 'That would be great!'"
"I love acting and I like to sing. It'd be perfect! Seriously, it's a great show. I'm a fan," the former boy band singer added.
When asked which 'NSYNC tunes would be best for the show, he replied, "Wow, I don't know. Probably 'Bye Bye Bye.' Or maybe even 'It's Gonna Be Me.' You never know with 'Glee.' They can go so many ways to tell their stories with our songs."

Joey IS a father. He had 2 kids, one was born while he was still in NSYNC. Also, Joey was always chubby while NSYNC was active.
I'm pretty sure he means having an episode feature NSYNC music and not the guys. The Madonna and GaGa episodes didn't feature the two ladies. So far Britney is the only one who appeared in an episode featuring all of her music

I don't think he's trying to get himself on the show. He was just stating that it would be fun to do an *NSYNC episode seeing as they did a Britney one. Oh and KT, Joey isn't THAT old. For god sakes, the man is only 33 and he is healthier than anything. Don't be such an a**.

Glee abandoned any and all pretense of plot, character development, high school satire or even logic long ago in favor of stunt casting and gimmicks.
Which is a shame. The first couple of episodes showed potential for clever high school satire with just a little fine tuning and they decided to instead go the cheap and easy route, with cover songs.

I totally agree! I still watch it but I think they sacrificed the quirky plot for hit songs on the itunes chart. When I heard about the guest roles by JLo, Susan Boyle and Gywneth Paltrow I was like no no no just leave it be. The theme episodes are getting tired and now every musician/singer/band thinks they can campaign for one.
Bad idea. Glee has to draw the line somewhere.

I would love this episode!!!!! I'm not a glee fan but seeing them do an NSYNC episode was amazing, they were the top band at the time. It also would be cool if they had a dream sequence with all of the members
