Paris Hilton's Boyfriend Cited in Hit-and-Run Incident

Next time Paris Hilton goes out to dinner with her boyfriend, she should roll in a bumper car instead of a paparazzi-steamrolling Bentley ... just to be extra safe.

Hilton and her boyfriend Cy Waits were caught on video by Hollywood.TV attempting to drive away from paparazzi photographers after appearing to have rolled over a female photographer's leg.

Waits was cited with a hit and run and allowed to carry on with his evening, TMZ reports.

After the night was over, Hilton vaguely tweeted about the event.

"Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi! They are literally insane!" she said.

In August, Hilton and Waits were busted for cocaine possession in Las Vegas.

Looked like the paparazzi were trying to hijack and kidnap them. Then the paparazzi lady purposly puts ler leg under the car. Stadged accident. FBI needs to be called in. She looks like a terrorist hiding as a cameraman to me.

By law the paparazzi are obstructing traffic. No one is allowed on the street unless using the cross walk. Law enforcement is not doing there job to remove the paparazzi from the streets. Hanging around on the sidewalk for a long period at a time is also not allowed by law.

Please google "Peggy Hopkins Joyce" to get a good idea what Paris, Brittany, the Kardashians, and these other talentless bimbo's will be remembered for...absolutely nothing. Ms Joyce was the headliner of the '20's, owning one of the most expensive diamonds in the world, along with furs, villas, 7 husbands, and 50 failed engagements. She died in total obscurity in 1957. She also had no real talent other than garnering bling and boys.

He didn't run over her leg, he ran into it. What do those stupid photographers expect when you stand in the middle of the road blinding drivers with their flashes? That photographer that got knocked down plus all the others standing in front of their car should be cited. I would not have gotten out of the car either with that mob surrounding them.

Cy will not get in trouble. The lady purposely placed her leg under the car as seen in the video. Plus one of the photographers told Paris to go go go so she left. The person at fault is clearly the injured photographer.

No wonder these famous people have all these drug/alcohol and mental problems! If someone followed you around 24/7 and flashed bright camera lights in your face all day, it would drive you crazy too! I DO NOT like Paris Hilton, but that stupid paparazzi deserved to get hit if she wasnt smart enough to get out of the way of a moving vehicle.

It's s two way street --no pun intended. Paparazzi and celebrities feed off each other. A large majority of both are pretty useless. I don't really feel sorry for either of them.

Clearly FEMALE Photog is at fault for her injury. In VIDEO you can hear Female Photog say not to make fuss for she could loose her job.
