Next time Paris Hilton goes out to dinner with her boyfriend, she should roll in a bumper car instead of a paparazzi-steamrolling Bentley ... just to be extra safe.Hilton and her boyfriend Cy Waits were caught on video by Hollywood.TV attempting to drive away from paparazzi photographers after appearing to have rolled over a female photographer's leg.
Waits was cited with a hit and run and allowed to carry on with his evening, TMZ reports.
After the night was over, Hilton vaguely tweeted about the event.
"Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi! They are literally insane!" she said.
Watch the video of the incident after the jump!

cant stand paris nor do i care about her bf who i never even heard of, but like they said on TMZ..imagine driving after you just had tons of camera flashes going off in your face? you would be blinded & seeing dots. after honking & telling them to move, what was this kid supposed to do really?

Waits and Hilton are arrogant, selfish, selfabsorbed rich idiots. People ! its simple just boycott them do not support them at all in anytjing they do PERIOD. The loss of intrest in them and the loss of revenue for them will send a big message to their egose.

I agree with most..not much of a Paris fan but they were NOT in the wrong here...they were trying to leave and get on with their lives..take a picture and move the heck on! The video should be shown in court...

these people should get out of the way and leave ALL stars alone. I'm not a geart fan of hilton but, these dips need to get out of the way and get a life. hit and run...........not buy watching this tape.

The think that the Paparazzi will go to any length to get a picture worth selling. Does this include stepping in front of a car? Is there any doubt to the answer of this question? It is about time the courts and police take a look at these actions. If your stupid enough to step in front of a car and get your leg run over for a picture, to bad so sad……

I absolutely loved the fog horn idea. Someone should send it to the celebrities that are getting hounded by those idiots. I can`t say I like the woman, but stupid is stupid, doesn`t matter who it was done to.

Paparazzi frenzies are near riots where the celebrity usually is not physically injured - The driver must concentrate on the bodies in front of the car & without 360 degree vision is unable to see if a peripheral foot is under a tire & with the yelling & screaming of the mob, is not totally aware of everything all around him - Some of the paparazzi should be arrested, not the victim driver - Is there anyone who does not know this?

Too bad they didn't run over the broad's head.

I have never seen a pedestrian win a game of "Chicken" with an automobile. If more of the photographers were to get run over, they might learn to get out of the way.

Another case of agressive Paps, look what they did to Princess Di, run the whole lot of them over.

I'll tell ya. Those paparazzi are real idiots. It looked to me that the he fell on purpose. Why didn't he get a ticket? Even though I don't care for Hilton and her beau. The photographer was at fault!!!

WAS THERE AN INVESTIGATION WITH ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WERE AT THE SCENE ? IL BET YOU WILL GET MANY DIFFERENT STORIES,AND I MEAN STORIES AND LIES.

The paparazzi should be arrested for kidnapping. That is what holding people against their will is called. If the perpetrators block the way and individuals cannot move, then it is self defense to run over their legs, a--es, or any other body part.

Don't care for Paris Hilton but the paps were like vultures. Laws should be made stronger to protect "celebrities" from the paps. Don't know if I would have the patience the driver did.

Im still trying to figure out who is the bigger Bimbo, Paris, the phoptographer, or anyone that would date Paris without 49 layers of latex

These photographers deserve this. When you mob someones car and don't know well enough to get out of someones way when they are driving a one ton vehicle then you deserve the pain of being hit by it.

Once again, Paris Hilton seems to think that she is above the law, and that the law doesn't apply to her, or her skank boytoy.

Regardless of Paris' past behavior or her boyfriend's for that matter, I have to say that it looks like the hefty photographer knew exactly what waht they were doing. It's pretty clear that htis was a set-up. I don't see how Paris and her beau were truly at fault juding by the video.
