Paris Hilton's Boyfriend Cited in Hit-and-Run Incident

Next time Paris Hilton goes out to dinner with her boyfriend, she should roll in a bumper car instead of a paparazzi-steamrolling Bentley ... just to be extra safe.

Hilton and her boyfriend Cy Waits were caught on video by Hollywood.TV attempting to drive away from paparazzi photographers after appearing to have rolled over a female photographer's leg.

Waits was cited with a hit and run and allowed to carry on with his evening, TMZ reports.

After the night was over, Hilton vaguely tweeted about the event.

"Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi! They are literally insane!" she said.

In August, Hilton and Waits were busted for cocaine possession in Las Vegas.

The paps are totally at fault here! The big one should have watched were her big feet were and gotten out of the way...I think it is ridiculous what they do to stars...And the law allows it..What happened to the space rule...The should be made to stay at least 4feet from any vehicle and if they don't they should have to suffer the consequences!! NOT THE DRIVERS FAULT JUDGE!! THE PAPS NEED TO STAY BACK FROM MOVING VEHICLES...IT'S WHAT WE TRY TO TEACH OUR DOGS!

Looking at the video, it looks like the bovine photog did a "slip and fall" and not hit by the car.

Not A Paris Hilton fan, but the paparazzi seems sometimes to beg for this to happen.

The paps need to stay out of the path of a moving car while using flashes to get their pictures! It should be against the law for them to jump in the way of a moving car to get a picture! There need to be laws put into place that limit the paparazzi to certain areas/places and times to take these pictures. I am not saying that a person deserved to be hit; I am saying that they were taking a risk and should suffer the consequences of their own actions. Flashing lights are blinding! They need to back the eff off already. I dont want to see anyone killed again like Princess Diana after being chased down for a picture!

I know the photographer, and it was not a staged slip-and-fall. She's aware that she was partly at fault (yes, she was in front of the car, but the driver did leave the scene which is also illegal). She doesn't plan to sue, and may in fact quit working as a photographer (she only does it as a sideline and mostly does red carpet events).

Paris's by friend is either an idiot, or brave.
Thi is a hit and run, no going around it. But they did tell them all to move, many times. These two can afford to do about what ever they wish, we all know that. But a hit and run that envolves a person being struck by a car, means he can do prison time, 'if he was the average working'Joe.'
These paps are some sorry people. The woman that was hit, wouldnt be so huge, if she went out and got a real job. She was whinning about her leg, but how much damage did she do to the mans cars?
Thats the shame here, it is a beautiful car.
There needs to be a law to protect these famous people, no matter what, no ne deserves to be followed and bothered by these kinds of people.
