Lindsay Lohan has had trouble keeping the momentum of her acting career going, but here's a little secret: she's making some nice cash selling photos.

Now don't be surprised if she uses her new trip to rehab to do the same. She'll be reading self help books, doing yoga and don't be surprised if there's a paparazzo hiding in the bushes to take those photos. She could make about $300,000 from these photos. Remember she did the same in 2007.

"Lindsay is still so vulnerable after only 13 days away from her crazy life," a friend of the actress tells me. "Now, she will have three months to learn the skills she must learn if she has any chance of recovery. It's a super intense program where day after day after day, for the next three months, she eats, breaths and sleeps a life without drugs." Apparently she'll also be thinking of ways to bring in some income.
