Sarah Jessica Parker isn't ready to rule out the possiblity of a new 'Sex and the City' sequel (as long as it's not in 3D, we'll keep an open mind!).While the hit 2008 film thrilled fans of the six-year HBO series, this year's 'Sex and the City 2' got a lot less love from critics. But was the 2010 movie the very last we'll hear from Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha?
According to Vulture, Parker (star and producer of the 'SATC' films) is not yet willing to say it's over for the famous foursome.
Gracing the New York City Ballet's red carpet at the dance company's recent Lincoln Center gala, the star said, "I don't know the future....I would say that you never know what will happen with that particular franchise. It's less about the reviewers than it is about the audience, and they've been pretty true, so we tend to listen to them more than anybody else."

Honestly, I was hoping it was dead after the last one.

Horse faced Sarah basically said "Yeah, we know the movies sucked but I'm definitely game for another big paycheck..." - at least Chris Noth is halfway realistic that the franchise should be put out of its misery, except for saying "The press killed it." No, the lousy writing and wooden acting, and ridiculous subject matter killed it. Who cares about 4 over the hill, rapidly aging, self obsessed, shallow, catty magpies?

More of an inane program with aging performers who should leave this series where it ended. Could be a new title like "Cougars in the City"?

Oh, its dead, and so is your "career" which has gone on way too long, you should be counting your blessings that the first movie was a "hit" Your a 80s tv actress at best, and the beauty product you endorse? who in their right mind would purchase something that you promote as beauty?

Sex and the city has been excellent. All us Sex fans are totally devoted to all the characters. I cant wait for SATC 3. A lot of people will always stand by them.

I say, if Noth is finished then bring on Ayden. Thought he was the better man anyway

Not the biggest fan of SATC, but don't understand all the age references. Because the actresses are over 40, they should just retire -- and their characters cease to exist? You know, life expectancies are a bit longer than that. Seems characters might be allowed to survive past 40 just the way most of us will.

I would love a SATC 3 movie. As a devoted fan, I was a little disappointed in the 2nd one, but not enough to say to that I'm over it. I'd love one last one to go out with a bang. A big part of the bummer of 2 was the whole Abu Dhabi thing - they spent too much of the movie there and it just didn't feel the same.

Sarah is beautiful, always has been, always will be.
I do like the dress shes wearing in this photo, it is pretty on her. Some times she wears the most beautiful clothes. Some on the show though is too much.
As far as the show goes,, enough already, we have seen it all.
The shows, the movies, they cant do anything now that will surprise anyone. Its already been done.
I dont see any reason for all the name calling, it does no one any good. It only shows how ill mannered some people are. And it always makes the people who do call names it makes them seem so very unhappy.
I used to worry what my kids read and wrote on here, but its not the kids, its the adults who call others names.
Sad, and yet, pathetic.

What would draw me back to the movie, is if the girls matured... emotionally... to where they acted (and dressed) their age. I'd love to see the girls dress more age appropriately, with age appropriate storylines. They aren't 30 anymore and to see mature women dressing like they are is unbearable. I was disappointed with the last movie, but (I'm in my 50's) younger audiences seemed to like it still. The problem is, real life for women 40 and over no longer revolves around their shoe collection (thank God).
