David Arquette: I'm Sorry for Oversharing on Stern Show

Just one day after stopping by Howard Stern's radio show and revealing intimate details about his life and marriage to Courteney Cox, David Arquette is apologizing for sharing too much. The 'Scream' actor took to his Twitter page to apologize on Tuesday.

"I went on Howard Stern yesterday to provide clarity and honesty about what I'm experiencing," Arquette Tweeted. "But while doing that I shared too much. ... It's alright for me to be honest about my own feelings but in retrospect some of the information I provided involved others and for that I am sorry and humbled."

The morning after Cox and Arquette announced their trial separation, the actor told Stern during his Sirius radio show that the couple hadn't had sex in months and that he has since been with another woman.

"[Courteney] knows she's not f***ing me, and she's like, 'Listen, I want you to be able to do whatever you have to do,'" he said. Arquette admitted to sleeping with "the girl in the paper" -- waitress Jasmine Waltz -- "once ... maybe twice."

In the interview, the 'Never Been Kissed' actor insisted he never cheated on his wife before their separation in June, and revealed that it was her idea to separate because she'd grown tired of his behavior after 11 years of marriage.

Though he regrets making the statements on Stern's show, he does think he'll exit the whole ordeal a stronger person. "I'm sure Courteney and myself will emerge from this painful time better people from what we've learned," he Tweeted. "Thank you for all your Love and support at this time. I'm trying figuring out how to be the best person I can be."
