Christina Applegate Shows Off Growing Baby Bump

Christina Applegate showed off her growing baby bump while out in Los Angeles on Monday with her fiance, Martyn LeNoble. This is the first child for the couple, and Applegate is due in February.

Although online reports claim she's having a girl, the couple have yet to confirm the news. "It's gender neutral because we don't know [if it's a boy or girl]," she told PEOPLE. "I'm trying. It's becoming a bigger project than it was supposed to be, unfortunately."

Applegate gushed about how excited she is to be a mother and why she wants to follow in her own mother's footsteps. "I'll take from what my mother did, which was way hippie and like, 'Do what you wanna do,' and bring some things that I know from watching my friends raise their kids. An amalgamation of sorts."

She and her musician boyfriend got engaged on Valentine's Day after two years of dating. They have yet to set a date for the wedding. Both Applegate and LeNoble have been married before. The 'Samantha Who?' star and her first husband, Johnathon Schaech, divorced in 2007.

LeNoble supported Applegate through her recent battle with breast cancer and helped her recover following a double mastectomy in 2008.

"I have a small but mighty support system and Martyn has really been an incredible part of my life," she told Us Weekly in April. "Without him, I don't know if I could've gone through any of it. He kind of came around at a time when there was a lot of loss in my life on many levels, so he's been a really incredible help."

.......don't do what other rich Hollywood types do, educate your child and make sure they get a college education. It is unbelievable to me that children of rich celebrities are not educated when money is not the problem.

Actually Cutie (my nickname as well), college education isn't the end-all-be-all. It's no guaranty that you'll have a job or career and very few schools prepare you very well for being an Entrepreneur or business owner. Everyone should decide their own path and so your "advise" isn't all that good or helpful. The best way (proven) is to allow a child to decide what they want to do, always, no exceptions. We are all unique and it's high time people stop "pigeon holing" children and making them do "the sensible" (really not sensible) thing. So bite your tongue.

..........sorry, I disagree, education lasts a lifetime learning a trade gives you a job but there's more than earning a living to live a rewarding life.

that's not true some kids no matter weather their famous or not hate school. nor do all celebrity children turn out to be stuck-up self entitled brats some actually own businesses and do major charity work as their parents did. Nell Newman for example owns/runs the organic side of Newmans Own all the procedes of which go to charity and thats from a kid that didn't have to work a day in her life because her parents were award winning actors that are beloved by gerations of moviegoers.
