It's no secret that Kristen Stewart has the 'Twilight' films to thank for putting her on the map ... and on posters lining the bedroom walls of teenagers all over the world. In 'Welcome to the Rileys,' Stewart conquers a role so intense, so unexpected, it would make Bella Swan blush. As Mallory, a runway stripper who finds a kindred spirit in James Gandolfini, Stewart's angst-filled performance has tongues wagging ... and critics talking.
"It's not raunchy or anything, it's actually like a really sweet story," Stewart says of 'Welcome to the Rileys.'

Twilight is the worst movie series of the new millennium. It reeks. Ms. Stewart would be smart to choose roles far away from that monstrosity. Vampires that sparkle and teenage girls with low self esteem falling in love with an old dead guy and a pup is not a good film. The only way she can survive after it ends is to continue to improve her acting skills.
The Team Jacob and Team Edward men will have to live with the stigma far longer. They'll be 40 and some woman will still be calling them that. I enjoyed Ms. Stewart in films such as Adventureland and Panic Room. I will enjoy her again once this franchise is behind her. Rileys is getting praise but the only people that may be nominated for anything are James Gandolfini and Melissa Leo. No awards board will take Ms. Stewart seriously as long as she's discussing Twilight films.

Twilight gave her nothing but a dreary whimp to play, but she ROCKED as Joan Jett in The Runaways with Dakota Fanning and Michael Shannon. It gave me a totally new and better take on her talent, and I hope she can go on from that in these far more challenging roles. As the hard-core teenage bisexual rocker Joan she was the bomb!

Hmmm? I saw thr Runaways and thought she played a dreary wimp in that one too, and the horrible horror movie she did a few years back, AND the movie "Speak" where she's date raped and doesn't talk after that. She's been typecast as this sullen, brooding girl and does it well, but this new role is exactly what she needs to show her full talents.
It's obvious she wants to do nude scenes and I'm certain she will. Isn't this what she's really saying. Which is O.K. by me!

She is so rude...she is not that great of an actor and she does not appreciate her fans.She is so unhappy and paranoid, she needs to quit smoking weed and maybe she will cheer up. After Twilight is over, she will be over. So will the majority of the Twilight actors.

Add Self serving and arrogant to that list of things Ms Stewart is. her and the likes of her need to watch a real of Patricia Neal reaction shots and study her manerisms and expressions to learn how to act well on camera. of course Kstew is only 20 years old so she has a long way to go to get to the decent to great roles miss Neal got in her 30's and forties two of which led to best actress oscar nominations and one to a win though she didn't accept the one she won in person due to the advanced stages of pregnancy making her unable to travel

I'm from Turkey and just teenage girls know her here because of Twilight.No one knows her other films.when Twilight ends only her own country will now her.I think she should go to other countries.thanks
